Tried to have my medication renewed and they have now informed me that the only Pharmacy I could find last month is no longer filling prescriptions with DONE. They have become recognized by every pharmacy in my area as not legitimate and because of that I feel like now they have compromised my ability to ever have a stimulant type medication filled in the future. All of customer support is over seas and there is a HUGE language barrier. I have never spoken with anyone that I could understand. They expect me to find a pharmacy to fill this prescription. Why should I have to do that? They should have never signed me up for their "service" knowing full well that pharmacies will not work with them. I have been with DONE 3 months and this has been nothing but a nightmare. I AM DONE! And I do plan to report them to the BBB as well as anyone else that will listen. UPDATE: DONE has requested I reach out to their customer support. I've been down this road so many times I can't even keep track. As I mentioned before, there is a serious language barrier with their customer service "team". They have my phone number, if they have someone that speaks clearly and who is capable of answering my concerns, they can call me.

Perhaps the most poorly run company ive ever dealt with in 2022. Glossy Marketing, Great Signup and then a completely fall of the cliff experience. Their support email is useless - the same canned responses. The "3 business day" follow-up - don't hold your breath. This is really just so poorly run its incredible they are allowed to be in charge of patient's medication. Stay Far Away. All the support is in the Philippines and there is no ability (even through their Urgent Care Line) to reach an American Management Team - who can actually do anything.

I'm here to pay back my good karma and make sure I update this review bc baby, things have really changed when I really didn't expect them to. I had a really awful time with Done during my first year with them. Really similar to a lot of these reviews on here, and things got absolutely insanely worse once the shortage really took a toll here in NYC. I had to stop bc I was just throwing money down the drain without getting any medication and dealing with them was making my stress and emotional disregulation even worse. About 5 months have passed and while I've been constantly working on creating good habits, finding supplements that help, grinding away on my mental health and self love journey, it has been absolutely brutal to exist unmedicated. In a moment of clarity I went back to Done and ask if I resubscribed if I would please be able to be assigned a new doctor. There was a little disorganization around that process but about 2 weeks later I had an appointment and I am absolutely blown away by the difference. Her name is Jessica Staco, Nurse Practitioner and she was amazing to talk to, even just came off as so much more knowledgable and empathetic. I was in awe. And without me even talking about my previous experience she assured me I could just message her if I had problems with getting my prescription and she would respond as soon as she could to help out. I did have a minor hiccup and she DID respond the same day, in a couple hours and it managed to resolve itself anyway. She is amazing. And on top of that, Done sent me multiple reminders about my appointment and even follow ups to make sure that I got my prescription. Which anyone with adhd will know, these things are so necessary! I am so fully impressed with Done's improvement, I happily leave this review with 5 stars today because it looks like they have worked to improve every single aspect that led to my negative experience the first time and I hold no grudges. Life is about being better than you were yesterday bay-bee!

I've been using Done. since early 2020. I used to receive treatment for my ADHD through my PCP, but they stopped offering ADHD treatment & I had to find a new provider. Luckily I found Done. right before the pandemic began and although there have been times where I've been very frustrated with the service, it's generally been a pretty good experience compared to driving to and waiting to be seen in an office. It seems like Done. has had a lot of issues this year which has been difficult to deal with as a patient/customer (my provider left the organization out of nowhere, delayed communication, delayed prescriptions). I came REALLY close to cancelling my membership with Done. in August 2022, but over the last few months, they've been MUCH more helpful and quick to respond to delays or issues that pop up. I'm sure the experience of using Done. must differ from state-to-state especially with all of the pharmacies rejecting telehealth prescriptions, but I generally have a good experience with Done. in Florida as a long-time Walgreens RX customer. Maybe long-time customers that have an established history with Done. have an easier time using the service w/ their pharmacies?

What an absolute sham of a company. I haven’t received a refill for my prescription for over 2 months now and they continue to charge my card. During the 5+ call’s I’ve had to schedule with them, the same girl with the same customer support script, answers on the other end and tells me that they have put me in “urgent que” or some BS, and that their “Email Team” will reach out to me with an update. I never hear back from anyone. Ever. I’m beyond fed up at this point as the meds they had prescribed me have awful side effects when you’re forced to stop cold turkey, and it has effected my work and personal life immensely. I’m not sure if I need to go to the state medical board or consult a lawyer at this point. I feel wronged by these people. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs stability and reliability in life. By far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.

Edit: After my initial review, Done. made an effort to contact me and remedy the situation. They have been apologetic and were able to send a refill to my pharmacy. My pharmacy was out of stock due to the national shortage and they have quickly resent my prescription to a new pharmacy. They reimbursed me for the month I did not receive my medication. I would also like to add that in the 18 months I've used this service, this is the first time I've not received my refill on time and I understand that this specific incident was out of their control. My prescription was meant be renewed on October 10th. I sent in the request and went a week without hearing anything. Finally, after multiple requests and emails, I was sent a generic message. Yesterday, Oct 31st) I finally received an email stating I was already on a priority list for my medication refill. Though I appreciate the response, being on a priority list hasn't helped the fact that I'm nearly a month past due on my medication refill. I have enough shame surrounding my diagnosis and now this company has humiliated me further by requiring me to beg for medication. It is worth it to add that while my medication refills are delayed, they had no problems taking my money last week. It makes me feel worthless and used. To claim that you're a mental health company while willingly withholding medication from your patients is wrong. Your money is more important to them than your life or mental health.

It went well for the first few months. I got matched with a great care provider that really listened to my issues and was very attentive. We worked together to find treatments that worked well for me. Then, after a few months of a pretty consistently good experience, everything changed. I was due to get a refill of my medication and could not reach my healthcare provider, so I asked for help from customer care and find out that my previous provider was no longer with the company (I was not notified of his departure). It's now been nearly a month and I have not been able to reach a single doctor and I haven't gotten my meds refilled due to this. Surely most people know that medical professionals strongly advise against abruptly stopping certain medications. So now, I'm scrambling to find an alternative solution since Done. is useless. It's been a pretty infuriating experience to have a company disregard my wellbeing so blatantly.
