My consultation with Gisele was great. Very professional, and I feel as though all of my needs and concerns were very well addressed. I have had constant follow up from various outreach, and feel as though I am in good hands. I would recommend Done to anyone that is in need of treatment for ADHD.

I’m back at it again with this company, horrible response time, no customer service and now under investigation??? I just want a timely refill so my adhd can be managed. I’m a traveling therapist and do not have a pcp. This was supposed to be easier and it just isn’t.

Total scam. Free consultation turns into $10 booking fee with a fine print “non refundable $199 charged after 48hrs for first month”. Textbook scam tactic. Then they assault you with text messages for your insurance and pharmacy info. Textbook scam data collection. Then your healthcare professional never shows up to the virtual appointment. 100% scam, tries to sneakily charge as many unsuspecting customers $200 as possible.

DO NOT USE THEM. If I could give them zero stars I would. I am almost 100 percent the positive reviews for this company are probably fake. My nurse or doctor was 15 minutes late to our 30 minute appointment. I told her what I was suffering with and she just dismissed everything and said I had "anxiety" when I don't. Then she tried to push an an anxiety medication on me that I didn't want or need. Then she said she sent a prescription for a medication I didn't want... but guess what? It's been 3 days and I haven't even received anything. They didn't even send a prescription to the pharmacy. On top of that, she cut our appointment short to go to the next appointment. She did not seem to know anything about mental health. They have no contact support and they literally don't get back to you about anything they just give you a generic answer and they don't even look into your issue. I basically just wasted $200 and gained a lot of stress for nothing.

I have been using Done for roughly a year now - they were wonderful and much cheaper than other providers out there. But, the past several months, it’s like winning the lottery trying to get ahold of customer service… it won’t happen. I have been without medication since September, can’t get ahold of anyone after making several support requests, and my doctor through Done is completely booked up so I can’t schedule a 1 on 1 call with her either. The amount of anxiety and stress this company creates for their clients almost seems like they’re doing it intentionally so you continue to use medication. DON’T USE DONE!!! Their marketing and website is a scam! They don’t care about you.

I’m located in California, so traditional ADHD medication is regulated a little more strictly. I was hoping that Done would be a safe and convenient way to get my ADHD under control. From the beginning, Done was very slow to respond when I was having issues finding a pharmacy near me to fulfill my prescription, and when they did, it turned out that they were incorrect. The pharmacy was nice enough to fulfill my prescription, but they would not be able to do it again unless I had a prescription from a local doctor. So I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. Because I had my prescription filled, they said I could not get a refund. I paid almost $200 for a service, and I was the one who paid the pharmacy for the prescription, so I don’t understand why I’m not able to get a refund. They provide a service, and I was not satisfied. Don’t waste your time and money here. They don’t care about helping people, and if they can’t help you, you’re out of luck.

CRIMINAL!! Please report to your state Medical Board. I am writing this as I go through extreme withdrawals frm an antipsychotic medication recommended by my Done provider. It was always difficult to get medication refills, with lack of communication and difficulties getting it sent to the correct pharmacy. However, after 10 months I've been completely ghosted and without essential medication. I am now out of work, and in bed with withdrawal sypmtoms, with no help from a healthcare provider. As stated in other reviews, I've contacted the emergency line several times with empty promises. Apparently my provider left the platform, presumably from not being paid as stated in another review. I did not receive any notice my provider left and am now without a doctor. They put me on a serious medication which other doctors and telehealth companies will not refill. Though I am suffering, I am more concerned about the others with more serious mental illness who have been completely abandoned and without necessary medications. Done should be ashamed and held criminally liable for any deaths by suicide resulting from their practices. And I say to Done.... do NOT respond with your copied and pasted "we care" response, as this is FAR more serious than simply caring about negative reviews. PATIENTS LIVES ARE AT RISK AND YOU ARE LIABLE!!!!!
