Dr. Kirk Tjalas has been extremely helpful with diagnosing and finding a suitable medication for me. Making an appointment with your primary care physician has endless hoops to jump through and a lengthy waiting period. I’ve found Dr. Tjalas to be extremely swift in with sending the medication to my pharmacy. Every time I’ve had a question he replies and has very helpful links to understand what you’re taking better. Couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you!

Here we go again. It’s been smooth sailing for a few months and now I’m being ghosted again. Kroger wouldn’t fill my prescription. Texas new law lets them do whatever they want. Contacted my provider several times. No response. She had time to cancel my appointment just now. It looks like she over-scheduled. However, she couldn’t address my prescription debacle while canceling my appointment. Time to find a new doctor. This telehealth doesn’t work for me. I was contacted by a reporter and blew him off. I think I will email him tonight. UPDATE: I received a generic response of no consequence: “For now, we have included you on our waitlist…“ So I went from having an appointment with my provider, to being put on a waitlist and no med refill. I’ve already paid for all of this. Theft, fraud and breach of contract. UPDATE#2: I received another response with zero action. I was told that I needed to make a follow up appointment. Ummmm…Einstein, I had one. You canceled it and placed me on a waiting list. These people are as crooked as they come.UPDATE#3 Still nothing. Patient abandonment. They don’t even respond to BBB complaints. Don’t waste your time with these scam artists.

The whole idea behind done is great however it’s hard to weed out who actually needs help and who well yeah. I’m not quite sure what exactly is happening currently. I’ve been with them since august 2021 and course there’s up and downs but everything was solved eventually. But now I’m at a road block… I know with recent stock issues it’s been a problem. I completely understand and know done is doing everything they can. However I sorta feel almost as if the older customers are being put in the background while new ones are getting the star treatment. There’s actually quite a few reasons which made me feel this way. - my previous provider needed an apt in order to transfer a script to a diff location (same branch) but she never showed up for the appt. Then I find out she’s no longer with done and a new provider needs to be found. After a week we found one and settled on an appt. My refill was sent out but only enough (12 days even tho at that time they had the full months worth )to last me to my first appt on 11/14. However due to issues it was cancelled. Then rescheduled for in person on 11/19. During this time all pharmacies around me ran out of stock so the appt was crucial. During this time my account somehow deactivated itself due to a security breach on their side. But it just happened to my acct. then on the week of the appt it was cancelled. (There wasn’t a specific reason) Obviously I was very upset. I had already made travel plans and had spent days and hours last few weeks figuring everything out with done. So ok things happen. They called some pharmacies around me with no luck. (Not quite sure how many but from the conversations it seems to be less than a dozen). FORTUNATELY my amazing pharmacist had informed me right away about the restock of my med. I was able to retrieve it due to the script still being there. But I still have no provider and no clue what is going on. They said I should pause my acct in the time being. However I just get this feeling that I do they will completely forget about me? Not sure if that makes sense. I do see they’re offering deals for new customers etc. If there are no more providers for current customers I wonder how they’re able to take in new ones everyday. I’m just very confused. The reps have been great in terms of what they can do. It’s just the whole structure of this company that worries me. As an Asian American it’s almost taboo to be diagnosed with mental issues. So actual help is something that I’m grateful for. Done has def helped my life a lot. I’m just concerned about my future. I’m now unable to find any in person doc nearby or even in the same state due to them not accepting patients or charging a ridiculous consultation fee. But I know the more time wasted with no real results the harder it’ll become. I feel as if I’m in a state of limbo right now.

Got assigned to a provider who at the second appointment tells me she can’t actually work with me because she’s not licensed for my state of residence… so why was I assigned to her at all? Customer service says they can only put me on a waitlist for another, meanwhile they kept charging me. Went to get refund for not being able to actually use services I was paying for, but nope, got a prescription once (wrong dose two weeks late because it got rejected from original provider) for a medication I had been trying fruitlessly to get an appointment to change up until that point. Done with done, don’t waste your time, it’s profits over people 100%.

If you are looking for counseling with symptom management this is probably not your stop. This is for the ones with long term adhd that know about their mental illness (feels weird saying that). For tips and tricks, funny enough tiktok can help. For medication that often can be unreliable when you have to stop your daily life to drive to an office and see someone, this is the perfect solution. They send it to the pharmacy which has been a help. I only wish they opened a calendar up a little further in advance. They have been so reliable and so helpful when I moved. I was a travel nurse and being able to get medication reliably has been difficult until done. Honestly, with school, work, and travel, it has been a life saver. I have been with them two years. Even with health insurance and a stable home and job, I will probably keep them for simplicity.

I've been with done a long time. Early 2020. I left a decent review in the beginning bc all of the issues I had just seemed to be a new start up having normal growing pains. That's why they have 5 stars reviews... in the begining it didnt suck and the providers are great in my experience. They don't stay... i had 3 quit in one month and I just was switched again without my knowledge or permission. This isn't the "healthcare" service they say they are. Yes, there are legit providers but everyone else you have to deal with to get to the provider or talk to the provider is absolute garbage. They don't care about the customer.... thats what you are...not a patient. 90% of the time the reply.... late and its either something that makes no sense as if they don't undestand english or that is just a non answer bc they can't be bothered to actually help you. They are constantly screwing things up. If you dont have a provider that lets you contact off the platform GOOD LUCK getting your meds, your appointment, or a response. I asked HOW to cancel my account nc they had a very misleading option in the mu account section that says deactivate. Thats how they keep charging you. You have to contact them to cancel it for you. They are a perfect mix of shady business and incompetent employees. Save what little patience you have and spend your money with any of the other services just like this one. This isn't going to get any better. They don't care. Just read the "response" left on all of these reviews that is nothing word salad bullshot. Oh and I can personally attest to the fact that the urgent email.... doesnt get answered any faster. They just reply with a bs "response" and you still wait for a real answer that usually doesn't come. Everything that is in all of these 1 star reviews is completely true. I read through 6 pages at least and I didnt see anything that I had not seen personally over my wasted time. The only reason I stayed was my doctor. But after cancelling my appointment and cancelling my account instead of just telling me how to do so like I asked.... I am out of my meds, wasted my day off that I rescheduled bc they just set an appointment without asking me, and charging me for the month... I'm just going to start over somewhere else. I'll update my experience getting my money back. They charged me for this month even though they cancelled my appointment and shut my account. Save yourself the stress. Clearly they have pissed off enough people. Run the other way. There is absolutely zero reason to do business with these crooks. Update: 6 emails to get a refund didn't work but an hour after my review went live I had a refund and an email sent to the email I have registered here and not to my original account with done. So if you want your money back at least for one month this seems to work. They also now seem have time to respond to these reviews but have not responded to a single one of the emails I sent prior to tgis review nor did they respond to anything in this other than refunding after they cancelled my account without my permission. Since I have absolutely no interest in hearing more lies or wasting anymore of my time I'll just cut my loses. Please, please, please take my advice and learn from my mistake. I saw that everyone was having a horrible experience and kept the faith that things would get better and they did not. You work hard for your money. Spend it with a company that actually provides you with at least the care, value, and service that they claim to. When I find another telehealth co that I prefer to this dumpster fire I'll update.

I’ve been using for a number of years now and the team has been helpful with resolving issues that popped up during that time. Having it all in a portal really helps make it easy to manage.

This company is just out to steal money from mentally ill people. I signed up and after a month and a half I was finally given an appointment with someone that actually showed up for our meeting. I explained to them what I was feeling and going through. She gave me 3 different medications. I took them for a week and had some negative side effects so I reached out to my clinician explaining them. Today I received a call and email saying they can no longer treat me because I told them the experiences I was having on the medication they prescribed me. This company is a total shill. I will be stopping payment on any charges they've made to my card.
