As someone with ADHD, and coping with the adderall shortage, DONE has been a home run and a *job* saver for me. My work is incredibly detail oriented and our busy season is right now, so I got the help I needed in the easiest and most efficient way I could have with DONE. It was painless and easy to get the help I needed. I am so happy with my service and will be referring my friends and family to DONE.

Done. made my experience very simple and approachable for someone that struggles with going to see doctors in person. They did not have appointments when I first signed up, but emailed me a week later when they had a doctor in my area with availability. I was able to set an appointment 3 weeks later, which is pretty fast for a Psychiatrist. There have been a lot of changes to the law this year that have cracked down on e-doctors visits, so I believe Done. has been trying to help the issue by only matching you with a doctor close to you, so you can still get a prescription. My doctor was very kind, quickly understood my rambling and made it coherent, gave me what he thought was the best choice for a prescription, and asked my thoughts on the plan. He also suggested alternatives to medicine for me to try. It was clear that he cared about a whole wellness approach and finding what would work best for my work/home situation. I admit I was apprehensive to try Done. after reading so many negative reviews on TrustPilot recently, but I think those reviews are probably coming from people that have been affected by the recent law changes and Done. is probably still trying to catch up and help their existing patients in states affected by these laws. I imagine if you are a new patient you will probably not have an issue because Done. will match you with someone local from the get-go, and it tells you on the website if your state disallows e-visits. If you are in a state that will allow e-visit prescriptions, Done. is an excellent option. I have been shocked at how well the medication has worked for me. I did not realize it would eliminate my anxiety and calm me so exceedingly well. I am very grateful that I was able to finally get a diagnosis so swiftly and easily. I highly recommend this website if you live in a state that will allow it.

Started out great…. then provider #1 quit within 2 months and I was not notified. Provider #2 - quit. within 3 months. My prescription was 2 weeks late being called in and the pharmacy has been out of my medication. I requested a pharmacy change a few hours ago and requested an appointment for the 3rd time and guess what happened? They shut down my account bc of non payment after being told they were putting it down for a two week extension bc of these issues. They expect payment but DON’T take care of their patients! I have requested a phone call from the owner or whomever structured this company with this crap business model and thought this was a great idea to sufficiently treat chemically imbalanced patients. If I do not receive this phone call I will be reaching out to the Attorney General. As far as “customer support” responding to this… don’t! I’m sick of your ongoing excuses for over 3 weeks now. I AM DONE!! I expect that phone call! ****Notice they replied with the same stupid response they ALWAYS do! I get the same response to my account over EVERYTHING. Generic.

I had the most amazing experience. The NP was incredible. He listened and asked questions and even helped me have a mini breakthrough. I was prescribed some medication to help me through a difficult time in my life. While it’s hard to find therapists these days, the NPs suggestion of incorporating yoga or meditation to supplement my new medication has worked wonders. I was in a sad, anxious place and I can finally see the light again. Only hiccup to whole process was due to me providing the wrong insurance card. Easy fix and seamless transaction otherwise.

Try finding a phone number for them. That's a huge red flag. I finally got a phone number from my credit card company, and they answered "Thank you for calling the service provider." I asked "are you Done First Healthcare?" and they said "umm, yes." If you can find a phone number for them, maybe it's just me, but that was enough to make me cancel.

Terrible service. Impossible to get an appointment with your provider and any change you need (new pharmacy, etc) does get have approved for weeks. I have called them 3 times and messaged over two weeks asking for a change to a generic version of the prescription because I cannot afford name brand ($17 vs $300), and have not heard back. I work in healthcare and it takes under 3 minutes to send in an electronic prescription. Useless, slow service, waste of money. Edit: After posting this, a contracted rep of Done called me to try and resolve my issue. They said they would speak to my provider and have them send in the generic (affordable) version of my Rx. They also asked me to take down this review, which I obviously will not do and find extremely unethical. It is awful that they will only work to help you when you publicly complain. As of 11/28/22 my done provider has STILL not sent in simple, ONLY generic Rx that my pharmacy will accept. They still only have the name brand that reads “dispense as written” which legally means my pharmacy can only sell me $330 name brand medication. It has been 3-4 weeks of me begging Done to just do one simple thing, send in a generic, NO NAME BRAND eRx and they have failed to do so. Take your business elsewhere.

Program is effective but can be difficult sometimes getting a hold of the providers. It’s worse due to the shortage. Would like to see them provide better support for refills especially when there are shortages and other issues that might create some back and forth. Patients should always be the first priority.

The website is easy to navigate once registered. The ease to get the evaluation and treatment as compared to other service providers is second to none which I appreciate. And the transparency in the whole process makes everything worthwhile. Thank you DoneADHD Team!
