This is the biggest scam that I have ever seen! Right after my first zoom meeting they froze my account and not responding to any emails for over 3 weeks. Off course they don't have any phone number that you can call and speak to someone. I usually don't fall for scams like this so shame on me for not doing my research first to find out that they are under DEA investigation over illegal subscribed prescriptions, and all the lawsuits against them. If you look at their responses on all negative reviews, you will notice that they are all identical automatic system responses, not answered by the person who truly wants to help. That also shows how much they care. Since I have never got my money back, that I wish i have spend on my two autistic children, instead of giving to this scammers, this review is the only thing that I can do. I hope that others will learn from my mistake and stay away from this scammers!

It is a scam. I was charged about $140 and I have not received any medication. There is no way at all to call and speak to them in a timely manner. No direct line and if they call you that number will not work if you call it back. Most pharmacies don’t want to deal with this company and I spent 1 and half months changing pharmacies and to no avail nothing. Writing this review is all I can do :(

They were working great until the DOJ arrested the CEOs. It's been 3 weeks since my wife prescription was supposed to be filled and no one is even there to help. They push appointment and just take your money. Call your banks fraud department and dispute the charges.

I was so hopeful and at first everything was smooth and easy until it wasn't. My pharmacy closed down so i used the online service and Done charged me for my medication when the online pharmacy was the ones who were supposed to charge me. I thought it would be no problem, they could either pay the pharmacy or refund me and i would pay the pharmacy but neither of those things happened. The kept saying they would handle it but after a month of daily updates of them saying they were "taking care of it" they sent me a email saying that i just had to pay the pharmacy again. When i asked for a refund they wouldn't even acknowledge the message. They waited to say that right before being charged for the second month, which In all honesty, i'm not sure if they did on purpose but it didn't feel great either way. In the end I ended up paying for medication and the service fee for two months straight without receiving medication. Done wouldn't refund me so I paused my account thinking I would give them time to make it right but because my account was paused they wouldn't even communicate with me so I ended up just canceling the account and lost almost $300. They don't actually care about us, they just care about the money.

finally found a place who will listen to me and discuss all the symptoms i have experienced. I have been treated for anxiety and depression for 8 years and it wasn’t working because i was diagnosed wrong. Done listened. Provided me a plan. Checks in with me regularly. I love the support and care for me.

At first it was really easy. But getting a refill has been a pain.

Two weeks without my prescription without any email or contact from support. I had to log in to see that after a week they advised my account is being transferred to a new medical provider. No explanation. Just that I won’t be able to access my prescription this month. Do not work with this company. Get a primary care physician.

I was a Done customer on three separate occasions. The first time, I was without insurance and needed the third party. It went well for a few months, and then there were a slew of errors in how they called in my medication. The provider also cancelled a few appointments, which prevented me from refilling my medication. The last two times I’ve used it, the service worked correctly for precisely 2 months out of 11 total. The last straw was going two weeks without hearing anything from them. In that time, I reached out to them 5 separate times to find out what was going on with my medication and my provider. No response. It’s an absolute last resort, and a Hail Mary because it doesn’t work properly most of the time.
