After the first consult (which went well) it was time for a refill. They sent a attention form which my PCP needed to fill out. My PCP sent it over, but Done repeatedly claimed they did not receive it. I double checked with my PCP who assured me that it was sent. I finally spoke to someone at Done who claimed the fax number changed. After 2 weeks, I finally spoke to someone who said they had been “on vacation” and said they would get right on it. Another 3 weeks later and no refill. The service phone numbers don’t answer or don’t work. They have been ignoring my emails despite taking payments. All I’want is a refill via the service I’m paying for. If not fixed today (nearly 2 months later) next step will be reporting them to the FTC, nursing board, and California Attorney General’s office. Medication is a serious matter.Donefirst does not appear to treat patients’ health with any seriousness. Those who call this company a scam appear to be correct. ETA: if they respond telling you to contact support or one of their non-working or non-responsive phone numbers? Useless. 2nd Edit: They’re fast at responding to Trustpilot reviews but not customer service requests. Still no resolution. The link they provided in their reply takes me to a page that says "no appointments available". 3rd Edit: They responded with a credit for next month, but no refill. I've gotten mainly stalling tactics regarding the refill. Giving them until tomorrow afternoon before reporting them to the FTC and Nursing Board.

The medical and support staff have been very professional and knowledgeable. They answer my questions in a timely manner and are always checking up on me.

I am so frustrated with these long response times ! Why do I pay for a monthly membership ?? It’s ridiculous and you can’t get ahold of anyone !

Prior to one week ago the company and my provider have been responsive. Suddenly they are not responding to any of my messages. My refill request from 7 days ago and has not been completed. I have been without my medication for several days now. I have reached out through every possible way, including scheduling another appointment but the availability is over a week week away. Number phone does not work, it's dead. So essentially I have been totally ghosted. Done has responded to my review here. I had already emailed them and was finally able to schedule a time for consumer service to contact me, but it was another week later that was their first available. They did call me at my appointment time, and apologized and explained that my provider quit in the end of June which was a week prior to me even requesting my refill. They reassigned me to a new provider while on our call, but her next available appointment was not until almost 3 weeks later. They said my new provider would need to have an appointment with me before they would prescribe my medication. I would understand this if it had been a very long time since my last appointment with my previous provider, but it was only a couple of months and they should have my medical records to reference. I found a new mental health provider locally in the mean time and gladly cancelled my future appointment and subscription. If I had waited and kept my future appointment it would have been a month I was off my medication because my provider left and they did not proactively inform me of this or attempt to reassign me a provider until well after I needed my medication and only because I managed to get an appointment with someone after many unsuccessful attempts at getting a response through the platform. It is super sketchy that their main phone number is disconnected and the pharmacy line automatically goes to voicemail. They don't care about people, they just want your money.

Was billed for a membership but then they cancelled my appointment and told me there were no providers available in my area. I have been emailing for weeks trying to be refunded as I never received services or an appointment. No one responds and there’s not contact number to call. They are fraudulent.

Have been with done for over 3 years. Overall a great service, have ran into long delays occasionally but typically can get the issue resolved through the portal. However I’ve been having trouble getting a follow up currently but I’m hopeful that they will contact me soon with a solution.

Communication is very unreliable at best, often time with no response. With this being an online business you would think response times would be quicker than 3-5 business days. Like the idea of this, just wish it was more efficient.
