Not sure what to do, they started this way but got better and now back to crap. They switched my physician and now nobody cares to respond. Haven’t been able to get my prescription for now almost two weeks. There call appointments are 12 days out. Not a great business if this is how they treat clients.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are like me and have lived with ADHD for most of your life and suffered due to it; and recently started medication that has improved quality of life immensely- DO NOT USE DONE! I have been ignored by both customer support and my "provider" for 14 days now. They claim "up to 3 business days", absolutely FALSE.

Provider and customer service response has been zero, to 5x submission/questions concerning scheduling an appointment or getting my medication refilled. Two weeks wait if I want to speak with an actual person to presumably schedule an appointment, to thereafter roll dice on if a pharmacy will work with the firm. 0/5 stars

It was months and months of not getting any help and paying monthly, they finally got me a provider and it was going smoothly for months and suddenly I’m getting no response from the doctor to refill my meds and it’s been over a week and I can’t get ahold of any customer service to help me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The clinician never showed up to the meeting, and they charged me for the meeting. They have yet to return my emails requesting a return of my money, even though they said they would return my email within 48 hours. I emailed again, and the email came back saying they would get back to me within three days. This was 2 weeks ago. The customer service line needs to be fixed. I would never recommend this service if anything this feels like a scam.

I was still a new client of Done first when they missed my first prescription refill. I'd been diagnosed with ADHD and was looking to try different medications. The doctor at Done prescribed a non-stimulant which is something I can get without a doctor visit through my general physician. Done only refilled my prescription once. The 2nd time I sent in my request as normal but got no response. I waited a week then contacted customer service. I was told I needed to meet with another physician online. This physician then told me she wouldn't refill my prescription through Amazon Pharmacy. I was then deployed. When I finally returned, the 2nd doctor they'd given me was gone. 3 doctors...

Cancel your subscription immediately. They will not respond. You will not get an email. You will not receive a phone call, but they will take your money and charge you for membership fees. Deactivate your membership ASAP. They did not respond to my request for a prescription refill. Luckily, my membership fee was due two days from now, and my former provider contacted me and told me that everyone was gone. If you look up DONE FIRST, the two CEOs were arrested by the DOJ on June 14th; the place is shut down, except they will take your money. Plenty of online care providers will prescribe the medicine you need. You just need to do a good search .

There is no way to speak to someone at Done when you need their team's support. My provider stopped working at Done, and instead of communicating this to me they have decided to ignore all of my messages about refilling my prescription. It's been 2 weeks now, and I'm simply waiting for a response back from Done's team to reply. Done promises they will reply to support inquiries within 3 days, but clearly this isn't the case and I'm left in the dark, with no way to get my prescription. My only option to speak to Done's Care Team is to schedule an appointment, but they don't have any availability in the next 10 days. I guess I'm supposed to wait a month to talk to anyone about my prescription refill? And in the meantime I still have to keep paying them... Edit: They took the time to reply to this review but still haven’t taken the time to respond to the multiple emails I sent after 10 days.
