Company is great and easy to talk to my doctor. Only thing is my prescription refills are now only being refilled in half, which is a change to my routine.

The assessment took 5 minutes
The assessment took 5 minutes. You can't diagnose a cold in five minutes. Most pharmacies don't work with them anymore; it's a complete scam for people looking for an easy prescription, and it has nothing to do with professional ADHD treatment. As to your privacy right comments below, m waiting for my medical records for 3 weeks now after being promised it would be 3-5 days…

Worst company EVER
12/9/22 Refuse to refund my money. They act as if they somehow “can’t.”
12/7/22 UPDATE: Their solution was to have me schedule an appt to talk to someone on Friday. I don’t imagine this will solve anything. I will update on this site!!!
Worst. Company. Ever. Literally STOLE 200 dollars from me. Got a prescription, had issues getting it, had issues making a follow up appointment as they had none available, after 3 weeks finally got prescription, had an issue, could not reach the doctor and the doctor had no availability to schedule another. Ran out of medication at a company convention and was sick as a dog during a major presentation. Called regarding the ethical treatment of a patient by not keeping me in a consistent dose of a controlled substance, no way to get immediate help from anyone (luckily I have been on the medication prior so I knew what to expect, can’t imagine what a new patient would feel) you put people on controlled substances with NO immediate availability to speak with anyone… should be illegal. I have filed a complaint with BBB and the attorney general. Will keep emailing EVERYDAY until you return my $200 for this “service” oops, I meant to say scam.

Overcharged, They no-showed, They handled my complaints, then became a 100% issue again
Update 2/14: Unless your case is perfect, don't waste your time. My new provider is fine, and of course insurance throws a wrench in things that aren't Done's fault. However, because of that wrench and ZERO access to a person at Done, I'm STILL waiting on continuation of treatment. Unless your case is perfect and 100% cash that you never need support with or have questions on or have any hiccups ever, then you might be fine. But simply having insurance with requirements to fill a prescription makes Done unable to handle the case. This latest time, they filed a prior authorization that was immediately declined, but didn't tell me that, instead, they sent me a confirmation it was submitted. It's only because a week later I never heard back did I find out, and NOT from them, that THEY submitted info incorrectly. I'm not an "unfound user," I have documents and an insurance card to prove it. This is user-submitted error, and they are the users. This is mental health care 101, and they fail miserably. And they want to keep charging me monthly for this? FOR WHAT?! They haven't provided any service! What a waste.
Update 12/13: My case was transferred to a new provider. She both called me about the appointment and followed up with email. She also made sure I wouldn't go without meds until then. So my concern here on TP has been addressed and resolved (with my thanks!!)
The overcharge from the get-go isn't addressed, but I'll deal with that separately (and why they don't get 5 stars). I'll try to update again in a few months to let everyone know how it's been resolved and handled since.
--- End Update ---
Update 12/9: They had emailed me to congratulate me on my "completed" appointment. EYEROLL. I called the number they provided in the text follow up, and it wasn't even a valid phone number. Neither did I get assistance through the link they provided. INSTEAD, I used the link they provided HERE on trustpilot in response to my comment, and scheduled an "urgent" appointment... for the next day. The caller was 20-25 minutes late to calling me, with no option for me to contact them any other way. They say my provider was hospitalized. Sorry to hear it, but their follow up and means of handling the no show was not acceptable. I have been assigned to a new provider, and was scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, then it canceled, and now I'm scheduled for next Friday.... 11 days after my original appointment, and 2 days after my meds will run out. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the staff to care for patients, stop taking patients. It's not rocket science. It's math.
And they still won't address being charged $100 over the advertised rate.
Continuing my search for another provider because this is 100% unacceptable. Bait and switch, trying to "automate" care, and their systems are a FAILURE.
--- End update ---
Advertised $99 but their walk through process started at a $10 deposit and another $189 2 days before the first appointment. That's a scam to start.
Met with a nice enough Nurse Practitioner, but she was 10 minutes late to the first appointment. Second appointment was scheduled by them (her?) and not by me. Then she didn't even show up. It's a 10 minute appointment, and I'm still sitting in the Zoom holding room 30 minutes after the appointment was to end. My script runs out in 3 days, and their auto responder says to wait 3 days to contact them again.
I'm working on an alternative doctor and am disputing the initial overcharge with them. Guess I'll go without meds and support until they get this resolved. Very very very poorly run company.

Do not waist your time or money
Do not waist your time or money. All went well up until a month ago when the pharmacy I typically use didn’t have my medication. I went on to find a pharmacy immediately that did have it in stock. I updated my pharmacy info in hopes of moving forward. It’s now been a month of back and forth calls with their customer support (with scripted b.s. responses)and I have not had my script filled. Today was the last straw. I scheduled a call with their support team AGAIN to get an update. When they called it rang once and before I could even answer, the call was cancelled. I received an automated text 2 seconds later stating that they “tried to contact me but couldn’t get through.” They didn’t leave a vm or try to call back after one ring???
I finally was able to track down my DONE provider’s direct email today and she responded immediately that she had quit months ago. No one within the organization informed me. She told me she couldn’t help and to find a local physician.

30+ days late on sending my prescription and no resolution in site
I have been using DONEADHD since Jan of 2022, initially was prescribed medication for adhd in 2013 and thought this route would be easiest to be reassessed in a post pandemic climate. Since January, Done has allowed approximately 2-3 months of delay between prescription refills. Currently, I have a thread of 30+ emails from them spanning the entirety of November where they thank me for my patience and insist my prescription is coming. And yet, it is now December 5th and I still do not have my refill from November 8th or any sort of explanation as to why they repeatedly fail to send it to my pharmacy. Again, I have been waiting on a prescription from Done for 30+ days and there is no resolution on site.

DO NOT USE DONE FIRST
Would never recommend to anyone! Countless times I submitted a prescription refill and the provider would not send it in. You can request someone from customer care to reach out but they do not help and say they will reach out to the provider to resolve the issue - but I never heard back from anyone each and every time. I finally canceled my subscription because for the last two months I've been waiting on my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy (as I requested through the portal) and they are still charging the $79/month fee for their "services" but giving no treatment/appointments/guidance on what to do or how they are helping. They did schedule me an appointment to meet with a provider and cancelled it four times, finally rescheduling to a day of appointment while I would be at work (8pm on a Saturday.) I emailed in (as you cannot call since there's no number on the website) to let them know I already had multiple appointments scheduled and they kept canceling and rescheduling and now I would not be able to make the new one. No one responded, the appointment took place and I was not there as I WAS WORKING, and then they had the audacity to ask for feedback on the appointment via text. This company and the people that work here have no clue what is going on. Complete lack of disregard for the patients and absolute carelessness overall. I asked for a manager to contact me 5+ times in the past week and still haven't heard from anyone. Simply do not use Done First - the positive reviews are either fake or these people have not gotten to the point where they stop caring (for me started around the third/fourth month.) I've read through other reviews and this seems to be a common theme.
***EDIT:
Their reply insists on scheduling a time for someone to call me, through their "urgent" help line, which I've already done three times last week. Someone will call and say they will handle the situation and get back with you. Nothing happens - I've done it in the past as well and waited weeks for a resolution before scheduling another call. It's just someone who works from home with no access to a manager transfer that "takes notes" and sends it off to be "handled."

Problem solved!
*Update*
I spoke with the urgent care line today, and they actually came through, and in record time. They had the problem fixed in about an hour. I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of the issue!
Here we go again. I'll give them credit, they didn't screw up October too much and my prescription was only 2 days late. But my prescription was due November 27, but the portal was out of sync and wouldn't let me request my prescription. It took a couple days for customer service to get this corrected. When I was finally able to submit my request, I was told that it could take up to 3 days for it to be sent. It's been more than 3 days and I've heard nothing. I emailed customer service again, but I've received no response. Now I know it's not likely that I'll receive the medication this week since it will take days to get the prescription sent, and once it is, the pharmacy (the only one that will accept the prescription) will have to order the medication, which will take a few more days.
