Been with Done for almost two years. Never had a problem with my provider and getting refills. My diagnosis consisted of a thorough review of my medical history, work/education history, personal/social history, my symptoms which I’ve had my entire life, severity of symptoms and a number of diagnostic surveys and interview question, and more. We touch base every few months via appts, and communicate online when needed. She is very intelligent and experienced with ADHD and the mental health field and provided me with the right treatment for me which has helped me in all aspects of life especially at work and with my family. There seems to be a bipolar trend. People really love Done, like me, or they hate it. My theory is that it’s mostly because of their Provider, who may have too high of a case load, which then means more Providers need to be brought on board to compensate for the workload and more checks need to be made regarding the workflow. Other theory is that people are having trouble getting refills at a pharmacy perhaps due to supply chain issues, not Done’s fault. Done has been amazing for me, it’s been convenient and has helped me tremendously in both my personal and professional life. It is especially helpful for people like me who have poor access to psychiatric and mental health care because of where I live and my personal, family, and work schedule. Thank you Done!

My experience with Donefirst has been very up and down. My last doctor prescribed me medication but was not really available to discuss any negative side effects I had in the beginning as we only met once a month at first and then every 3 months due to her lack of availability. Now that I switched state they informed me that they do not have a doctor available in my area, and will give me a temporary person that can help prescribe me my medication until one become available. I put in a request for prescription renewal 5 days ago and still have not heard anything about when I will receive my medication. They don’t respond on the phone number and have not responded to my email to customer support. Definitely is making me feel at unease. I am prescribed an antidepressant along with my medication for ADHD and heard withdrawal symptoms can be extreme even to a point of dangerous to go without. I wish I wouldn’t have relied on this company to support and prescribe my medication as this is giving me extreme anxiety, which is the reason I seeked helped in the first place. I truly hope they come through as I don’t want to imagine going through withdrawal symptoms next week starting my new job…

Everything worked well for one year, but now I can't get an appointment or refills for my medication. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with no success for weeks. They told me I was on a waitlist, but I'm running out of medication in 3 days. I told them about my urgency, and the canned response was that I'm on the waitlist - which is unacceptable... Update: It's December 23 and I still haven't got an appointment NEITHER a refill. I also scheduled an appointment with my primary care doctor to take over my treatment, but (surprise) they haven't sent my medical records. This is impacting my work, it's affecting my personal life, and I'm heading toward terrible holidays.

Horrible! Avoid avoid avoid! Total scam! They will charge you $10 to reserve an appointment, and even when you attempt to cancel prior to the appointment (within their alloted time frame) they will still charge you $189!!! FOR NO SERVICES. Customer service is useless and so is billing. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been waiting for months to get into an area therapist to get ‘another’ diagnosis as my last one was lost! I know I have ADHD and so very thankful for Done! Now, I’ll still get into a therapist unless of course they cancel on me again. And my Done therapist didn’t spend 5 minutes like the guy giving one star! I did the test, had a zoom meeting, answered questions and then shared what I experience. She asked for examples etc!

If i could give zero stars I would. What a scam this company is. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I paid the $10 fee to schedule an appointment and decided to cancel within a few minutes after checking some reviews. I have tried and tried to contact but the proceeded to charge my card the $189 for appointment that I tried to cancel. Can't login without providing my ID which I do not want to do because I am not going to have the appointment and don't trust the company after reading reviews. Absolutely TERRIBLE. I have reported this fraud to my bank account and will consider further action. Companies like this are disgusting. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: after hours of phone calls, emails and research, I was able to reach a real person through Facebook Messager. I told them I had written this review and reported the charges to my bank account. They quickly issued a refund. Problem resolved but not without a LOT of stress and aggravation. Just beware if you are going to use this company, I have read news articles about them being under investigation, as well as articles stating that must pharmacies will not fill prescriptions from them anymore.

I can see State Of California VS. DoNe,everyone recompensated for fraud through their banking system and hachers having a field day if it's found their trying to run a scam.Fair Notice don't fn scam me

Had a thorough consultation with the practitioner. Done followed up and checked on me in the days and weeks that followed. No complaints.
