Absolute garbage. I came to this service for mental health assistance and I’ve never had worse service. I understand that you have to work through a protocol but to leave me without meds for weeks and never get back to me about requesting a medication consultation because your prescribed meds weren’t working is just incompetence. I’ve been waiting for an appointment since thanksgiving week. Shame on you people.
Update: 12/15/2022 within hours of writing this review I was asked when I would like to schedule an appointment.
I gave my availability.
They scheduled me OUTSIDE of my available time and asked if I was happy with it.
I replied I was not and they did reschedule.
Then they asked me to take down this review.
I categorically declined their request.
Why?
Until they have corrected their poor service, there is no reason to retract.
I’ve been ignored
I’ve been put through medication withdrawal
I’ve still not been treated for ADHD
The company has corrected one of three complaints. No reason to retract this statement until good has been made of all three.

Providers unreliable
This is an updated review after speaking with their support team. After trying to resolve my problem for weeks, the care team is now rectifying it. It is disappointing how long I had to wait to have my case worked on, but there seems to be a lot of people (maybe whom had the same provider as me) that need help. I have been without a provider, due to mine abruptly moving without warning, and their replacement leaving the country. This occurred just as I switched medication, compounding the problem. This lack of preparation is unacceptable on the part of the providers, but that is not the fault of the company that manages them. If you have a good, reliable provider, done is a wonderful service. Every other provider I have tried to connect with in my area has a year-long waitlist and outrageously high rates. Online healthcare allows patients equal access to treatment, and these issues with staffing are not unique to done. If the care team follows through with getting me a new provider in a timely fashion, I will update this review to reflect that.

Just don't do Done.
Update:
After I made this review their team reached out to me within a couple of hours and let me know the pharmacy had the updated prescription and I was able to get my meds today so I'll add a couple more stars. Would I recommend or use them again? Nope.
Just don't do it. First thing was they say they'll charge you 10$ then the rest after your consultation, they charged me 200$ as soon as I booked even though they had a promotion for 99$. They eventually refunded 100$ after sending them a screenshot of the promo. Then, when I saw the dr. They did send in my meds but I'm in Texas (which the dr. Knew) and the dr. Is in California so the prescription was null and void as it's illegal to fill controlled scripts from an out of state dr. They finally booked me a dr. That was in Texas on 11/28 and that Dr. Did send in my prescription but she put the wrong date on the prescription so I wouldn't be able to fill it until 12/28! When i reached out to them about a refund (because their services had been useless to me) they had deactivated my account and gave me some BS about how they couldn't refund me because it was deactivated!!! They finally refunded 80$ of the 100$. Then I asked them if the provider could Call the pharmacy and correct the date or send in a new prescription. And it still hasn't been Done! They have been giving me the run around for 2 weeks. They 1st attempted to charge me $79 to reactivate my account (that THEY deactivated) before they would fix the dates on the prescription. But since I didn't want to do that (obviously) They are just now completely lying to me and giving me the run around, Saying pharmacy was out of my medication, which is untrue after talking with pharmacist. Or that they haven't been able to reach the pharmacy by phone which is also untrue. The pharmacist told me that the Prescriber needs to call and adjust the dates on the prescription that's it. So yeah, total nightmare and I'm out 20$ and nothing to show for it.

Hello? Done, are you there?
I see you replied to my last review, but I’m not sure where to find the ‘request for more information’.
I just need my provider to submit this months prescription. Why is this so difficult?

No response no help no refill !!
UNBELIEVABLE! It’s been over a week with no response from support regarding my medication. I have sent several messages, a refill request and nothing. I tried to schedule a visit with my provider even and his “schedule is full” and I couldn’t even do that. What the heck ??? But you bet they still took my money this month.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE
This is the second review I am writing regarding my experience with Done because I can not get over how terrible this service is. Done is BY FAR the absolute worst online service I have ever experienced. For starters, the provider I met with was 10 minutes late to the call. When she finally joined, she was rude, impersonal, and dismissive of me when I spoke. I explained to her that I had been on Adderall for 10 years throughout my late teens and early twenties. She essentially accused me of lying and told me she could find no record of this in the national database. I gave her my doctor’s name and number and assured her that I was telling the truth. The fact that I felt the need to prove I was telling the truth in and of itself left a bad taste in my mouth. The provider, Gbemisola Peter-Olakiigbe, PMHNP, appeared completely incompetent, unknowledgeable, and disengaged. I question whether or not she is even a legitimate licensed medical provider. I myself am a licensed clinical social worker and work in the mental health field and I was appalled that this woman has the ability to prescribe medication. She appeared totally incompetent and lacked any sense of professionalism. I guess it makes sense why she is working at a complaint like Done. I sat in silence throughout most of the call. She asked me very few questions and appeared to be typing and doing other work as I sat there in silence. Eventually, after causing me of lying, she told told me she would not be prescribing me Adderall. When I asked her for her rational and for an explanation, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I have spent the last week trying to get a refund and I’ve gotten no where. It has been impossible to get a response to any calls or emails and when I do, I am given the run around. I just received call from someone in Done’s call center (clearly based in the Philippines) and was told that I had been prescribed Strattera - a medication I have tried before that does not work for me. I could not believe that I was being informed for the first time about being prescribed a medication by a call center worker. I was in total disbelief. I have been requesting an appointment with a new provider all week now and that just seems to be impossible. I have also now requested a refund and I have also requested to cancel my membership. Done has not agreed to do either and I continue to be given the run around. I will ultimately have to dispute the charge with my bank since I clearly cannot depend on Done to rectify this horrific experience. I am not typically one to write reviews but I felt it was my responsibility to inform others of this SCAM of a service. Save your time and money and avoid this horrific service at all costs!!!

So frustrating to find another dead end…
***Final Update*** Done maintained their "radio silence", and never called back as they promised. I did contine to receive automated texts asking me to review their service, which I finally changed to reflect that I was "extremely unlikely" to recommend their service. The day following this review, I received notification that Done had terminated my account. I don't understand how they have a 5 star rating anywhere with customer service like this. All I wanted was a refill. I was patient, never rude, didn't raise my voice or curse. I feel like this company took advantage of me, charged me for services I did not receive, and then expelled me as though I was in the wrong for asking for the services. I don't have the energy to fight for a refund, which I'm certain is a strategy built into their business model. They are capitalizing on those with poor mental health who are just looking for help. I hope justice finds this company, and gives them the full measure of what they deserve.
***3rd Update; still getting texts from Done to take a survey, still no contact from a person, no script in over 2 months, no follow-up from below. SCAM
***2nd Update; Done did eventually contact me, and offered to provide a review of my unread/unanswered messages and see if they can help. They advised they would call back within an hour; its been 2. They also offered to give me a 2 week "extension" for my next payment as a courtesy. Since I wasn't late for my last payment, and there are 3 weeks until my next payment is due, and they haven't actually provided any service for the current month already paid for, I'm really unclear on what courtesy I'm actually being offered.***
***Update; clicked the link in Done's response to set an appointment to "review my concerns". Selected today at 11:45am today, which came and went with no contact from Done as promised.***
So frustrating to find another dead end when I was so hopeful to finally find help. At first everything went great - 1st appointment went smoothly and a script was called in that I picked up. I should have known there would be a problem when the provider told me during our 1st appointment that it wasn't their process to schedule a follow up appointment - I can just message her through the Portal. After a week I sent a message that I thought the meds were not correct. No answer. After 2 weeks, another message, no answer. After 3 weeks, I requested a refill, with notations about what changes I was hoping for. No answer. After 4 weeks, I tried to schedule another appointment, no appointments available and no answer. They did however make sure to bill me the monthly premium again. There is no number to call. In deaparation, searching for a customer service number I come here and see review afyer review of the same. All the while, I have recieved automated texts from Done, asking me to take surveys, reminding me to request a refill - it's surreal. I wouldn't care if they ignored me of they at least called in the script. So frustrating from A to Z. I have a new job Im struggling with, and my son just diagnosed with juvenille diabetes. Just wanted some support for myself, but instead I got empty promises and let down.

Update: Done is an even bigger scam than I had thought
Update 12/22/22: *done refunded me only half of my initial payment of $200 because the doctor prescribed something.....it was a medication I had never heard of and did not speak about with the doctor so absolutely crazy....when I went to my primary care doctor they not only took care of my needs and made sure I had plenty of refills. I paid without insurance and it was actually a lot cheaper ( $100 for visit & $36 for meds USA) for a month supply...my doctor also informed me that companies like this know what they are doing and are making money screwing people over. when I was offered a refund I was asked if I could consider taking down my review....I am not rich by any means but I felt it more important to keep up my review and be informative than to get a full refund :-). I should also mention I work in mental health and psychology so I feel it's important to provide info like this to the public
First review made 12-7-22:
Totally a gimmick for money they won’t prescribe you anything and it takes over two days to get response from doctor who decided not to prescribe even though I’ve been previously diagnosed and had been on adderal for 7 years, I stopped when I had a baby and just moved states so I thought it would be a good option. I felt played and it was $200 just for the appointment and a ridiculous membership fee every month that only covers the required monthly appointments. I’m glad I learned the hard way and will be going in office to my primary care office to get a proper referral to psychiatrist.
