The worst service ever. Doctors don’t respond, customer service runs you in circles, and you never get what you need when you need it. ADHD medication is so critical to daily functioning for so many people and done truly doesn’t care at all

This has been a frustrating experience. I understand the national shortage of medication but when I, myself have been calling different pharmacies, and confirmed they have the medication in stock and then for DONE to reply back saying the pharmacy is no longer accepting telehealth when my friend who uses DONE just received his prescription from the same pharmacy. Now it’s either they are lying or the pharmacy just so happens to not take prescriptions after my friend got his. I was delayed getting my medication in the month of December for almost two weeks and now it’s been two weeks for this month. It’s frustrating. Edit: I appreciate the support team at DONE that have reached out to try to fix this situation. They even gave me a credit back for this month. I just wish it wasn’t this hard to get my prescription filled. Now needing to figure out the next month..

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. My original prescriber was great; very responsive, polite and seemed to care. My new prescriber doesn't respond for days. I've called the support number several times and can't seem to get anyone to answer, yet their business hours are from 9-5. I don't understand why it takes days for our doctors to respond.

I have really enjoyed the convenience of this service. I have had no problem with getting appointments or getting my prescriptions filled.

A quick scroll through the reviews says everything you need to know. This has been exacerbated recently - I requested a refill 9 days ago, and am still completely in the dark as to why, when, or if, it will ever get filled. Neither support, nor the Urgent hotline posted in other responses, has given me any insight or help solved the situation. Very negligent and immoral to treat medical patients in such a manner. UPDATE - I was taken care of by the nice folks on the Urgent Hotline. If you're having similar issues I suggest scheduling a call with them. I've received good care in the past, and I'm assuming the recent issues are a combination of being understaffed and the new year.

Horrible! I have been trying to get a refill for two weeks. I think this company might be a scam. I reported the fraud to my credit card company. We all need too!

Terrible service. Left multiple times without receiving my next scheduled appointment. Sometimes weeks to get a response. Furthermore, the staff have all been difficult to understand and less educated on the medications they are prescribing than I am. Feels like an outsourced company peddling prescriptions to maximize profits. Wouldn't recommend.

Terribly understaffed. There simply is no customer service for any matter. For even the simplest requests or tasks it takes days to communicate your message, and then days more for it to be replied to. Due to the delays in communicating these very simple messages I’ve been out of medication several times. Most recently for an extended period. ** of note is that I got an almost immediate response to my review, and much concern. Yet never did I see any such urgency when it came to emergency issues (that required only a simple reply) with my prescription. For that it takes 3 days (although they’ve missed their own 3-day response time before).
