It’s no surprise to see all the one star reviews here. This company has deplorable customer service and forces their patients to work twice as hard as their teams are willing to.

Took my money for the initial consultation and provider did not show to scheduled meeting. Customer service number does not work and no response from support email. I'm starting to think this company is a scam. I would just like to have my money back.

I also was ghosted by a provider by Done. I was in the waiting room for the appointment for 15 minutes and I was finally notified that my provider cancelled at the last minute. I've been waiting 4 months for a new provider because Done said they were unresponsive, then finally they told me that they don't have any providers in Indiana. So why let me transfer my subscription there? They said they were working to reschedule me, but nothing yet. Why wouldn't they just clear my provider's schedule and force them to take the appointment they ghosted on? In addition, major pharmacies are catching wind of this. When the public health declaration expires in April, access to schedule 2 controlled substances will end as well and Done seems like its committed to taking as much money as possible before this happens. I am trying to get my medical records before that happens. Zsa-Zsa who has been helping is the only best thing Done has with her commitment to customer service. She worked tirelessly to get my prescription refilled because every time has been an arduous chore. EDIT: I call the urgent line every month and I get no answers. If you advertise 24/7 service why do I need to wait an entire business day to even get a call and why don't you have a incoming call line?

It’s been almost 2 weeks, completely ghosted by my provider and by the support line. No one will reply, the 2 times I’ve gotten a response it’s basically just talking in circles. For about the first 5 months I have zero complaints and now every month it’s time to have my prescription refilled and it seems to be more and more difficult each time. This time to the point of being abandoned by my provider and having $80 basically stolen from me each month.

Ran into bit of hiccup when scheduling my first appointment, but they promptly reached out and demonstrated that they were sympathetically adept. Thank you!

It has now been 6 weeks of trying to get my prescription filled. Previously, the only issue I ever had was trying to schedule time with my provider. I had to schedule months in advance because she was always booked. No big deal, I managed. Then in October, my provider told me that since CVS wouldn’t fill prescriptions from Done anymore, I needed to find a new pharmacy. The cost tripled. So I submitted a message to switch pharmacies. Never heard back. Made an appt for early Jan. Bit the bullet and paid $$$ for my meds at Walgreens. The pharmacist said they nearly declined filling the prescription because it came from out of state. I send another message to Done asking to change my pharmacy. I send another. And another. I keep getting the same automated response via email. Appointment day creeps closer- I figure okay, I’ll just ride out the 1 week without meds until I can speak to my provider and get this sorted out. 1hr before my appointment I receive a text saying my appointments been cancelled due to an emergency. I click the reschedule link and it says my provider’s schedule is full. I contact support again. Nothing. And again. Nothing. Weeks go by. I schedule time with support to call. Which is pretty damn crazy after countless emails that not a single person could respond yet they’re still accepting phone appointments? Theyre still charging me the monthly fee, but completely neglecting to care for their patient. Finally get someone on the phone and they inform me the reason I haven’t heard from anyone is because my provider RESIGNED and no one notified me! They continued to charge me knowing that I couldn’t receive care and didn’t bother to let me know?! Clearly they don’t care for their patients. It has been WEEKS and I still haven’t been assigned a new provider or given an appointment. I have had to schedule EVERY communication with them because they never follow up to provide info, even when I specifically have requested it. Today I had another call that I had to schedule and was told that my prescription was sent to a 3rd pharmacy (after the other two declined filling the prescription) and when I called the pharmacy to confirm they could not find a prescription under my name. I am tired of having to schedule an appt online to speak to anyone because they fail to communicate with their patients and provide the BASIC level of service promised. To top it all off, this morning’s phone call was with a support rep that had a rooster crowing in the background the entire time we were talking. Wish I were joking. I wish I had a better alternative. Instead, I’ll just write this review in the hopes that someone who thinks about trying Done thinks twice before subjecting themselves to this. This is NOT how a company who claims to care about folks with ADHD should be treating their patients.

Original Review (1 Star): Horriffic service and patient care. I was prescribed ADHD medication for a number of years but opted to go off medication. Last year I decided that I needed the medication again due to symptoms that are not managable through coping mechanisms. I didn't have insurance so I decided to try Done. After almost 6 weeks I still couldn't get a provider to stick to an appointment. Because I didn't have insurance I gave up for the time being then decided about 8 weeks ago that I wanted to try again and gave Done another chance. This time I was able to get a meeting with a provider within about 2 weeks and was able to get my presctiption back. The first meeting went well but the provider told me to reach out to her a week early for the refill because she has a lot of patients. I reached out TWO weeks early to explain where I was with the medication and ask for a slight doasge adjustment with my next refill. It has been over 14 days and I haven't heard back from my provider. I have now been out of medication since last Thursday and dealing with this ghosting is so stressful on top of the stress of dealing with my ADHD. I have tried both the normal helpline and the "Urgent" helpline. I have had two calls about this and have another one with URGENT in 40 minutes. They assure me they will have the provider reach out and then nothing. Now, I essentially don't have a provider because she won't return my messages, and Done has taken another $80 out of my account for basically no reason. If I don't have my prescription by the end of the day today I will be filing a Malpractice complaint with my states professional compliance office as well as posting this review everywhere I can online. Based on these other reivews this sound like it could be a class action situation before long. Get it together Done. Why keep advertising and accepting new patients if you are overloaded? You are accepting patients money, not allowing providers to do more than one script at a time so that you can get your $80 a month, and obviously don't have any acocuntability protocols for your providers. Patient abandonment is illegal and wrong and you either need to fix this or be shut down. Edit (Still 1 Star): Done, thank you for the response. I have provided my assigned providers name and my information which you requested through Trustpilot. As an update I was able to make some progress with the urgent line today. While the customer support person can still not reach my provider they are going to try and have someone else refill my prescription. That is a temporary solution and frustrating because I had requested a dosage adjustment as my current prescription is effective but too weak so if I eat breakfast it makes the medicine basically ineffective. This floating provider can only refill the original prescription - at least I will have something for this month. I was told that there is no information about when I will be able to get an appointment with my assigned provider or with any other provider in my state. I really hope this gets resolved. You should't have to fight for healthcare, especially when you are paying out of pocket. I will provide another update if/when I get my prescription, and if/when I get in with a provider. Edit (2 Star): I got my original prescription filled by a different provider within the Done network. No follow up on the dosage adjustment and I am still stuck with the same lady who won't get back to me but at least I have my medication for the month even if I can't eat breakfast in order to get it to work. I adjusted to 2* for now. If I get a follow up from my provider about the dosage adjustment and get my next prescription filled I will bump up to 3* but based on my experience with this company they don't currently deserve more than that. If my next prescription isn't filled on time itll be back to a 1* and I will be going to my primary care physician now that I have insurance. Edit (3 Star): Customer service has been in contact with me a few times now (I have been dealing with two customer reps and the have been great). They helped get me assigned to a new provider and so far he seems very proactive. He also has reviewed the messages answering medication questions that I had sent to the original provider and while I just got a script for the original prescription, he has sent in a post dated script for next month so that there is no possible chance that I will be without my medication. Done has really made a great effort and if I continue to have a positive experience I will continue to increase my rating. For now I think that 3 stars is fair as the initial experience was really very negative but they have really seemed to turn it around. I will update again in a few months and bump up to 4 if everything is going well. Edit (4 star): Over a year of excellent care. I’m out of characters but really 4.5/5*

Honestly not sure how this company is legal. They are incompetent to the point of being dangerous. My first appt went well and I was able to get my diagnosis and meds. I didn’t hear from my clinician a single time after that and had to harass customer service every day, twice a day, for a week to refill my prescription. My second prescription came through on time. They are causing undue stress to people who are already extremely stressed. I have absolutely no idea how they’re still in business/ not being sued like crazy. So irresponsible. They called me immediately after I posted this review and offered a refund for some portion of my services but I had already cancelled my subscription. They should consider proactively giving the same attention to clients seeking care before they feel frustrated and abandoned.
