This is a scam. Shes not a real doctor, shes a con artist. She will pretend to send the adderall to your pharmacy just so you will make another $200 appointment thinking it worked then you will get texts saying "this pharmacy doesn't accept telehealth" and she will say the same thing for the next 10 pharmacies you give her then she will ghost on you and block you. This is to manipulate you into thinking it's your "bad luck" or inability to find a pharmacy however the reality is she cannot even prescribe adderall or any medication because she is not a real doctor and that's why you can't pick it up from any pharmacy. A real doctor would never contact you through FaceTime or zoom, they use special doctors platforms like doxy.me and they accept insurance.
And the same girl in all these videos is the fake doctor. This is not even a company. It's one person pretending to be different people.

There is no phone number to contact…
There is no phone number to contact support and the support team takes days to respond to any email despite saying they have a 24 hour response time. There is no sense of urgency or empathy when a patient is running into issues. There were multiple times that I went without medication for weeks due to slow responses from the support team.
Edit: I was never able to find a customer support phone number during the 6 months I subscribed. Additionally, I requested via email that someone from the support team call me to resolve my issues but never received a single call. Within 24 hours following the posting of this review, a member from Done’s support team has contacted me multiple times in an attempt to resolve my issues and helped me to receive a full refund for one month’s subscription. This company cared more about a negative review online than they ever did about the treatment I received as a member/patient.

DONE with Done
When I initially began with Done, it went well. It was what I needed at the time. I had no problems with my providers.
The problem began with my local pharmacies refusing to fill prescriptions from Done First. I had to cancel and switch providers (my PCP) so I could continue my prescription. Before I could cancel, Done charged my bank over 8 times in one month. There is no available customer service phone number to call *red flag*. I was able to resolve and proceed to cancel and thought everything was done.
Wrong.
I have since been charged every month since then. We filed a dispute with the credit card. Done rejected the dispute. When I was able to get in touch with customer service, they even acknowledged that they saw where I had cancelled and that the refund would be issued. So we cancelled the dispute and tried to proceed with getting the refund.
Wrong.
I have been getting the run around via e-mails that just talk in circles. They literally make no sense. I am hoping that the last e-mail will inspire them to KINDLY and quickly issue the refund. This has been such a headache. I am still waiting on the refund as we are out roughly $400.

No communication or support
They don't/rarely respond to messages sent. They give the 72 hour window for a response time but I have been waiting about 9/10 days for a response.

The most honest review you’ll read
Quite honestly, I can’t understand how a company can be this bad at their one sole business purpose. I graciously rated 2 stars, for the mere fact, that I was actually provided a diagnosis that has allowed me to at least understand why I operate the way that I do. The initial startup was great, book online, meeting with a MD with education and experience in treating ADHD patients, prescribed a medication that actually has improved my overall quality of life. However, 4-5 months later, refills became a near impossible task, delays in refills being prescribed, an unannounced disruption in care; days after a refill request because I needed to have a follow up with a provider after X amount of months. The provider had no availability for months and allegedly there were no other providers available as an alternative. I cringe and hold my breath every time I submit a refill request knowing that it may never come. The customer service is absolutely non existent, a support email will give you the same generic message until you give up, and there is very little empathy or concern if you do eventually speak to someone. Their Instagram is flooded with comments from patients pleading for answers that are deleted. Quite honestly, either you’re short staffed, have zero leadership or have been red flagged for the amount of scripts you’ve written. Either way, please hire a true leadership team who can strategize and build a business model that actually aligns with your companies mission.
Find a leadership board who draws a Pareto chart of your issues and genuinely puts an effort into developing strategies that resolve the bulk of your issues. I.E. consistency of care, refills etc.
If you’ve been red flagged for the amount of scripts, develop a more thorough evaluation of your patients to ensure they aren’t misleading you to believe they have ADHD and get a Rx of adderall, etc.
Option 3: hire someone similar to myself who’s turned around $100million companies by actually focusing on the issues at hand and develops a true and honest approach to become successful.
Guys- take a look in the mirror. Read the reviews, focus on your patients concerns and make it a priority to resolve the issues. If it’s a manpower problem, take a look a loss of subscribers, is it worth the investment to bring it more service reps to hear out your patients and resolve? I’m sure it is at $79 a month per subscriber. Issues can be resolved in minutes and can keep your patients happy and healthy. What’s the ROI? Simple math.
I genuinely believe this company was started with the right intentions, I think you either lack real leadership and business strategy. Listen, if that’s the case, that’s ok! You can’t know mental health and business! Just hire someone helps improve your weaknesses! Strongest asset is knowing your weaknesses.
I genuinely hope this review is met with the respect and pure concern it is intended to be met with. You guys are so close to becoming a true pioneer in mental health for the public, don’t screw it up by cutting corners. Build your business Brick by Brick.
For the sake of the patients who truly struggle, I’d be happy to discuss this further with the leadership team. Quite frankly, I know how bad ADHD has derailed my true potential, I know how much Donefirst has helped me, but consistency is key. While I think a stern self reflection is paramount, Donefirst is not far away from really becoming a pillar in the ADHD community.
Tom
PS: this took me about 5 hours to finish because my refill is delayed.

Generic experience
The initial assessment and resources were good. I've had 3 different providers, the first was awful and very difficult to work with, the second was wonderful and sincerely seemed to care....the last one ghosted me for a month and after multiple attempts I finally got my prescription which was sent by a different provider.
I want the warm, individualized care plan that discusses my unique needs. I do not get this with Done. I get my meds and I have done my own research and discuss my medication regime with my PC, that helps.

Positive Experience and Recommendation
Things were bumpy at first because of the huge influx of new patients, but once care was established, all has been well.
Every issue I’ve had has been resolved within 72 hours by Do e’s care team. Providers can be hard to get in touch with, but the service is extremely valuable to me and it has served my situation well.
I highly recommend Done for legitimate ADHD patients.
For folks having issues, be patient. These are real people who are helping you.

They will NOT submit your Rx on time (UPDATED)
UPDATE: I stand by my review below in regard to my initial assigned provider (who never did submit my Rx); however, Alfa on their customer care team worked very hard to get me transferred to a new provider on their team and to get me my Rx. While I was disappointed that the Rx came on the 5th day instead of the 1st, I am grateful for Alfa working so hard and being very communicative the entire time. It is clear that their operations need some serious improvements and investments to run more smoothly without so much manual massaging, but they did eventually follow through.
They also gave me a partial refund on my initial consultation fee and a free month of service. Which was enough to earn and 2nd chance in my book.
---------------ORIGINAL-------------
This company is terrible. Do NOT use them. You likely will NOT receive your prescription, but they WILL charge you.
I had my initial consultation two days ago. Two hours later, I checked with my pharmacy and they still had not received the prescription. When I checked my Done consultation notes, my provider had simply submitted a template note without any personalization -- it literally said "copy and paste here" under diagnosis, treatment plan, medication, pharmacy, and follow-up date.
I submitted a message to my provider AND to customer support informing of the note issue and the lack of receipt by my pharmacy. I heard nothing back from either party, but my note was updated... but still no prescription. (And they had put warnings and guidelines for the WRONG medication in my notes.)
I reached out again the next day, and heard no reply.
I finally found a secret link for an urgent care line with their company and they confirmed that the provider hadn't even submitted the prescription in their own system, let alone submitted it. They said they would get back to me tomorrow... which will be three days after my appointment and four days after they charged me $200.
I paid their ridiculous initial price and joined their expensive membership to make this process easier. Instead, they have caused significant frustration and shown themselves to be unable to provide the simple promise they make. And as I read these other reviews, I see that I'm FAR from alone in this; in fact, this appears to be the rule, not the exception.
There are plenty of other competitors who do this better. I've canceled my membership and informed them that I will dispute my $200 charge tonight if my pharmacist doesn't have an Rx in hand by close-of-business tonight -- because I will have to pay for another provider and start over, and will have not received ANYTHING that I paid for.
