This is now a scam. I have been charged for 4 months and not received any service. I emailed the at least 5 times and tried scheduling appointments. I haven't received a prescription in months and my doctor is mia.

This went from a great service to a scam. I reviewed Done 2 years ago and am back to tell everyone to RUN AWAY. I have been charged for several months and not received any service. I email time after time and they never respond. When I call they claim they will reimburse me or handle the situation and I just continue to see charges on my card. I have received 1 prescription in 7 months. Avoid using Done, they will not help you, they will just take all of your money.

Don’t waste your time and money. I initially subscribed about 9 months ago. Got shuffled around to 3 providers over that period without an explanation. Most recently I have been unable to get my prescription filled from over 4 months ago. Initially I thought it was the adderall shortage however after calling my pharmacy multiple times they finally said they’re not filling prescriptions from a non-local provider. Fine I don’t have to use that pharmacy however when asking done for help, they can’t provide me with the name of any pharmacy in my area (a major US city) that they know will accept their prescription. Instead they listed out all major pharmacies that they can’t use!?! The whole point of this service is to get a prescription as the “therapy” provided is extremely minimal at best if not an irrelevant questionnaire as to your medical history not behavioral. In this case you’re likely not getting support nor a filled prescription from done. Stay away unless you like throwing money out the window.

I had a hard time getting Adderall from my primary doctor because of the hoops they require. I pay for everything out of pocket now and Done made it pretty easy. I have issues with paying attention. Without Done I would just stop taking meds and be less productive in my personal and professional life. The missing star is due to the slow turnaround with refills, I often miss the window at the 30 day mark. It really should be more automatic. A text on the 30 day mark would even work.

They took my money and didn't respond for 5 days. They then said that they would start the process of applying for a prescriber to send a prescription to a collaborating physician for approval before being sent finally to a pharmacy. They will not say how long this will take, but I have no medication and no money to sell it elsewhere since they stole mine.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company takes forever to do anything. It has been over a month and I still don’t have my medicine. They don’t except any known pharmacies and the ones they do will charge you more for your medication. Also when talking to their physicians I was asked what medication do I want to take.This company is a money hole. $300 spent after 1 month and still no medication.
