I've had a good experience with Done in terms of getting a prescription to treat my ADHD. I felt the prescriber listened to my concerns and I felt involved in the process of prescribing. I've received reminders via text and email when it's time to refill the script. And the only time it took a while for my script to be filled is when the pharmacy was out of the medication, which is no fault of Done. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have had a difficult time logging into their platform to schedule followup appointments. I've found myself having to reach out via email to try and schedule a follow up when I should be able to do it through their site. The links that I've gotten via email have contained links that don't bring me anywhere, so that's been an inconvenience. At this point, I've used Done for about 6 months and have no other complaints. Overall, I'm appreciative of their services.

I was given an appt for Thursday through email and phone call then someone canceled it! WTH?? Seriously?? This is getting ridiculous.

A scam. Done first absolutely takes advantage of people in desperate need of medication by stringing them along as they wait for basic things like prior authorization requests to go through, all while charging a them monthly membership on top of the expensive initial intake. The process to get my prescription through took me longer than the script was even valid for and I was unwilling to continue paying $70 per month to go through the tedious process again and potentially never get any medication. I knew it was going to be a challenge to get meds with the current shortage, but Done made it exponentially worse and much more expensive. It's obvious that Done knows people are desperate to get their drugs and doing a great job of exploiting them in a vulnerable time. It has also been a nightmare trying to get a refund. There is no customer service number to call and all the numbers I have found never have anyone there to answer. I thought I was going to have an easier time getting my ADHD treated, but instead this has become a giant pain. Don't give this tech company your money. Literally cheaper to get adhd medication anywhere else than work with Done Worst. UPDATE: I called my bank and disputed the charge and was finally able to get my money back. Highly recommend you do the same and save yourself the headache of trying to get a refund by dealing directly with Done's sorry excuse for a platform.

Nearly impossible to contact someone to get a prescription refill. They state refills can take up to 3 days; yet it’s often a week or more and then you get the run around. Have run out of meds several times in the past six months due to unreasonable and unprofessional communications. This is walking a tightrope on medical malpractice.

Edit: my provider got back to me that evening. I know they are probably so busy so I am raising the stars in my review. Old: Last month I had an issue where my provider quit and they had to find me a new one, where I was without meds for a week. I have been waiting more than 3 days for a refill.

The staff at Done have been extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Keep up the great work guys!

Pretty sure at this point they are fraudulent. I’ve been set up With a doctor (Steven Knott) who didn’t show up to the first appointment and then I was charged almost $200 for a missed appointment that HE missed. After that they rescheduled me without contacting me at all, just a text that told me a time, date and link. He then canceled hours before that appointment and once again rescheduled me, and continued to cancel and reschedule me for 5 more appointments over the course of three weeks. This is just completely unprofessional and not okay. Edit: After posting this review I was set up with a therapist who immediately helped get me back on track with my treatment ❤️ I seriously appreciate all that they have done to make up for my first experience

A little more costly for me compared to an online competitor for self pay mental health at the time, but not by much. If counseling is what you require I would suggest Better Help because counseling isn't offered here. However, I feel fortunate that I can continue to receive medication care for ADHD w/ anxiety & depression with a mental health NP / Psychiatry via an online platform at this time. In the beginning, it was difficult to communicate with the Done First team because there wasn't a clear link for that or an assigned person for outreach but in the end, I got the hang of it by using their online portal for consultation questions, medication refill requests, schedule an appointment, etc.
