I appreciate the efficiency of having a coach that was able to listen to the symptoms I was experiencing and furthermore respected my apprehension of being prescribed medication. We started off with a small dose and it was nice to come to the conclusion that my prescription was mostly used on an “as needed” basis.

DONE has not filled a prescription for me since Nov 2022. Apparently my provider quit and they have not provided proper notice or a referral. They have charged me for services they have not provided. I found a med provider in my city that can take me as a patient immediately. The first step is sending her my medical records. I requested them from DONE. They are going to charge me for my records. Again, another barrier they are trying to implement because they are being investigated. Here is the response I got back from my request for records. I told them I will NOT agree until they send me the exact amount I am going to be charged. They have not provided that for me and it has been 5 days. I also asked for a copy of my prescription so I can take it to a local pharmacy. They will not provide me with that either. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Pre-payment is requested prior to releasing medical records. 2. Should you agree with the charges, our billing team will charge your account for the documentation request. 3. A copy of the HIPAA Authorization for Use or Disclosure of Health Information forms will be sent to your email. I've had an excellent experience with the staff from Done and my provider. I feel that my provider takes the time to evaluate my particular situation and offer a treatment plan he feels is best for me, while also considering my feedback. Done staff have always been prompt and attentive to any issues I've encountered. However, I haven't had any major issues so, overall, it's been a very good experience!

Let me explain how devastating my experience has been with Done. Like many of the people who have posted before me, I was scammed by Done. to sign up through an Instagram post because I was spiraling at work and graduate school. I knew that something was wrong, even though I had managed a somewhat successful life, but I had all of the symptoms that my family members did, so I paid the money upfront. The original scheduled appointment was early in the morning prior to me getting ready to go to work to teach, and the person never showed. I emailed, sent text, and nothing. Then, I received a weird message stating they did cancel to reschedule via text message for the next day. That person showed up and then abruptly ended the video call to then call my phone to finish the meeting. I was "told" I definitely had ADHD, but no physical evidence of this diagnosis was given. Because I am on BP medication, an excuse of "meeting me in person" was given, but nothing else. All of these things were mentioned in a complaint I sent to Done. Now, I have to go back to my bank and request my money back because I am still in graduate school requesting paperwork to receive accommodations. I also still have work and life to do, but these people seem to prey on those who actually have this mental disorder.

Done has been the best thing that has happened to my life. With no reason at all other than how easy and convenient this has been for me. I’ve been with Done for a year and 3 months and they have got my ADHD under control. My prescriptions are always filled in time and my doctor is wonderful.

Donefirst has given me the tools that I need to be more productive at work and in my day to day. I’m grateful that that they have this service for people who are unable to take off work to sit in a doctors office all day.
