Done. went above and beyond to get my medication. They even answered me on the Facebook Messenger app to help me out and reached out through text message and phone to make sure I was able to get my prescription.

My Dr. at Done has helped me for well over a year now. Everyone at Done is professional and efficient. They have made it easy for me to get the proper care and medication that I need. I would recommend Done to anyone looking for mental health treatments in a safe, professional setting.

Dr Decker is very educational in his approach, he responds timely and listens to my concerns. This process is so easy.

Fairly convenient in scheduling appointments and good customer service if you call. I’ve experienced a lack of communication and transparency at times- my provider left the platform and they did not inform me or set me up with another one. I had to take time out of my day to call customer service to find that out. Another time, I requested a refill through the online platform and they did send it to my pharmacy, but did not let me know. The portal just said it was under review and I could request again in 2 days. An email confirmation that the script has been sent and what pharmacy it was sent to would be an easy fix for this issue.

Update: if you leave a review here. You will be given the same canned response instructing you to set up a call. I have already set up calls, multiple times! I was supposed to receive an update today. Nothing. I reached out to my provider again. Nothing. This has become ridiculous. As someone who has been diagnosed and prescribed medication since I was 7, this has been hands down the most unprofessional and dangerous course of treatment I have ever experienced. I had my first appointment and received my course of treatment. It took days to send in the first prescription. When it came time to refill, I am still waiting for my refill request to be processed. They require “up to three days” and it has now been over five days. I have contacted the urgent line, contacted my provider (who has effectively ghosted me), emailed customer support and no response or resolution. I’m no doctor, but know enough that prescribing someone a medication that is daily and then stopping it suddenly by not processing their refill request can be dangerous. Do better, Done or don’t offer this service. Oh and your “fee” was high to begin with but now it’s really egregious considering you are not providing the service I am paying for. Again, I don’t know a lot but I know enough that there’s an agreement between provider and consumer and if I’m not receiving what I’m paying for then I’m entitled to a refund.

I cannot get a response to save my life and my NP's appointments are completely booked up, I've tried to reach out 5 times and haven't had a response in over 10 days. I've been without medication for 14. Has been a decent experience other than that. A bit pricey but they are able to give you medication without you needing to get a neurological review from a psychiatrist or anything like that. Update: I connected to the hot line and they said they would refund my month this month. Overall it was a pain to get an appointment, the only one they could find me for my provider was 3 weeks out. But they managed to fill the rest of the month of the script and setup an appointment and gave me the month free. So I guess all isn't terrible.

Zero stars. Don't believe the bogus 5-star reviews they could be paying people to write to offset the negative REAL reviews... Either that or those poor people will soon see how "easy" it will be to get their prescriptions after Done gets hold of their bank accounts. They give you the runaround and blame delays on the provider when it's their practice to prolong any issues with what few pharmacies are left that will do business with them until it's time for your subscription to renew. And then you have another month of a subscription to a service that doesn't provide anything but headaches and excuses on glitches and service provider issues. Believe the negative reviews. We are folks suffering from ADHD... We'd NEVER go out of our way to warn others if it weren't true! Was told after my last review that they'd extend my account and reactivate it instead of giving me a refund. But I received a response via email/text saying my card was declined and my account was inactivated. Um. They said I'd get a complimentary extension to my account for 15 days at no cost to me but I was smart and called my bank after reading the negative reviews about them continuing to charge people's cards. Make sure to call your bank and stop payment or they will continue to charge fees. No matter what customer service says it's all a lie. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM company!

This company has helped me greatly in my current medications that are needed and is super convenient I have used them for while now and it's been life-changing. I have had no issues getting any appointment saves a lot of hassle of physical appointments. The only thing is that the website is a bit confusing in regards to getting a hold of them but once you chat them you get the hang of it.
