I've used Done for a few months and not too much to complain about. I was struggling with ADHD and they were able to schedule with me. Helped me get a diagnosis and prescription. The only issue I have is the prescription is name brand and the pharmacy struggles with that and is expensive. Also i have to pay a monthly fee to keep my prescription. Other than that they have been extremely helpful.

UPDATE: Since writing this review, Done has indeed settled all the issues I ended up having, and everything has been just fine since. I, like many others here, am at my wits end. This is like the second month of my membership with this company, and I have had all of the same issues as everyone else has had. No one is there to help with medication issues, and there is no customer service to contact for help. I've sent several messages through their system, and have heard nothing and it's been more than 2 days. I don't know how they charge so much money for the service, yet don't follow through with their claims of attention to your issues. If Done. sees this, and tells me to schedule an appointment with their busted scheduling link, I may lose it.

Terrible experience. They charge $185 up front to do a consultation with a "Dr" that prescribes the medication but what they don't tell you is no pharmacies will honor their prescriptions and they won't help you find a pharmacy that will and it's a big waste of time rackett. I asked for a refund and they never responded.
