Excellent. Helped me a lot during a time of great need. Would recommend for those who need the help but have limited resources.

My doctor told me 4 months ago there…
My doctor told me 4 months ago there was a shortage in meds at my pharmacy, but he would spend his own time looking for another pharmacy. After a month and a half, I reached out again on the app, never got a response. Waited until I could "fill" my prescription again (even though I haven't gotten it in two months), and they process everything like normal. Another 2 weeks go by, still not confirmation from the actual pharmacy, so I email them. Then they tell me I can change my pharmacy, so I tell them which one. Then I get another voicemail that says I have to update the pharmacy on my app. So I update it and email them again. I get another voicemail that says all of the major pharmacies (HEB, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, etc) don't accept telehealth prescriptions anymore.
They have been taking my $79 every single month for the past 5 months without doing ANYTHING. No meds, barely even talk to my doctor who doesn't do anything. Worst service ever.
UPDATE: 3.21.23 changed from 1 star to 3.
After leaving my review above, Done reached out to me within a couple of days to resolve the issue and within 7 days I had my medication. It sucks that I had to complain to get attention, because I still went 4 months without meds. I get this isn't life or death, but it sure is quality of life or despair. They did right by me by finding another pharmacy that would fill my prescription, rather than having me call all around town. Like you just don't get who you're serving do you. I digress, they made it right, I'm getting through my work backlog, and Done offered to comp a couple of months. I would consider raising my rating again in a few months if my experience stays like it was in my first 18 months with Done.. which would be an easy 5 stars.

Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Stay away! Do yourself a favor and read around reviews of Done all over and you will see what a disaster of a company this is. The customer care team, if you can even call them that, are incompetent, do not read messages before arbitrarily replying and they will
Book you appointments without you asking for them. The patient portal is a joke of a communication tool. On average it is taking 8+ days for them to reply but when they do reply it is zero help with the actual
Issue!! Stay away!!! Stay away! Ongoing unresolved problems for almost 3 weeks now!

Convenient effective care
I love the ease of using this app. My clinician is professional and easy to get in touch with. The billing has been no fuss. I appreciate the billing documents available online to file with my insurance. I definitely recommend seeking care through Done if you are looking for convenient care from home.

Turning a bad review to a good.
Edit: 3/7
I'm bumping up my review from a 1 to a 4 star. Since my review support scheduled me an appt next week and reached out to let me know they'll have a coverage provider send in a bridge prescription so I'm not going without my medication before the appt next week. This is the type of support I know from done and I am so happy to see they are still taking care of their clients.
I've been with done for over a year and have referred others and talked so highly of them, until now. They would not renew my prescription and said I needed to make an appointment with my provider, which is perfectly understandable, though I feel they should let you know before you're running out and then tell you that. They also take 3 days to respond to any message.
Now the real problem. The provider has ZERO availability. None. At all.
This has also happened to my gf who signed up about a month and a half ago. Got an appt within a couple days, took her money, got her signed up and said follow up at the end of the month. Now she can't get an appointment and done only response is we'll put you on a wait list. She's now been waiting 2 weeks past when her she should have had a follow up appointment with no help.
They seem to have gone down hill as a company. They'll quickly take your huge consult fee but then leave you out to dry once your a patient.

DANGEROUS DO NOT GET TREATED HERE.
I signed up for some and was prescribed straterra. I started having AWFUL symptoms especially panic attacks and excessive sadness. I reached out 4 times to my provider and nothing. I finally called and contacted support they couldn’t help but would try to schedule a new appointment a couple days later. The new provider never showed up to the call. At this point I needed to stop taking the medication on my own say because of how awful I have been feeling. No one was responding helping or anything!! I finally gave up and scheduled a call a week later (this Wednesday) TELL ME WHY THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULED IT TO TWO WEEKS LATER. To this day I’m still not being helped and problems still persist. I whole heartedly hope no one uses done anymore because they are not for your mental health. I don’t understand how a company who provides medical treatment can do this to their patients. Like this experience alone would have me frustrated and on top of it the meds they made me take make the entire situation a million times worse. PLEASE DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM THEM! It’s dangerous and unsafe.

This fits my lifestyle perfectly
I’ve been using this platform for about 8 months now and have never had any significant issues. I’m able to get ahold of my care provider when I need to, I get my refills sent to my pharmacy right on time, and the customer service team has been very helpful as well! I’ve recommended to them before about updating the portal as it is a bit outdated and not very mobile friendly but I’m sure it will only get better with time. I’m also not entirely sure how the refill system works but with proper medication management I’ve figured out the best routines that work for me.
