*UPDATE - finally got refill after three weeks, then when next refill was due I encountered the same problem. No refills, no answers to my emails 2 weeks after refill requested and one week after ran out of medication. Totally ignored. Extremely frustrating, they were fine up until 2 months ago. Now I can’t count on timely (or any) refills though they take my money on time every time. Will look elsewhere for better service* Been with Done for 8 months. Service was okay up until this last refill request. It’s now been 2 weeks and no refill, no word on why no refill, no sense of urgency, no real acknowledgment of any problem at all, they mostly ignore my emails and there is no other way for me to reach out. I paid on time every time. Really aggravating, I will update this rating if any positive developments but it will take a lot to make up for this absolute lapse of service/care. As of now I wouldn’t recommend their service

Since I was introduced to this team I can see that they have taken steps to use our experience and feedback to improve. They do have an attentive team. From a cost/time standpoint, they save me so much time because of the simple fact that my consultations are on time, unlike the drs office. With the landscape of medication now, the 30 day prescription renewal process makes sense so they can work closely with a patient as any Dr should.

Excellent service. Care really depends on your assigned provider and can be anywhere from OK to absolutely fantastic. My first provider was OK but I was switched after a few months and my new one is the absolute best.

After waiting a long long time to get an evaluation from my health plan, Done came through and gave me the official diagnosis that I needed to get started on taking care of my ADHD.

DONE is a great team that consists of customer service, providers, and experience. I was offered a 15-day payment extension to take care of multiple issues that I was confronted with due to things out of my control. Their bedside manner and customer service are better than the nurses inside a clinic as some can be very mean and forget about you the moment you leave the clinic. DONE is not like that. I want to give a shout-out to Sharmane from the customer support team.
