I have been with done for over a year
I have been with done for over a year. I initially did not have the best experience. My membership was cancelled without warning and all my history was gone. I later found out it had to do with my provider from Done. She is/was no longer with the company and done, for a short period of time, was of no help getting me the medication I had come to depend on. After many emails and phone messages I was finally able to get in touch with the right people. They got me a new provider who is amazing. He responds quickly and is very informative. A lot of these bad reviews are for the same thing but I think you need to realize that one, it is a newer company. They have a lot of kinks to still work out. Two, we all have adhd and when we are without the medication that makes us able to function and get through the day we are the most impatient bunch. They are also a large company that provides this service to a lot of people. You are not going to get a phone call/email back immediately. It’s just not going to happen. Because they are still responding to the requests and problems from yesterday and the day before.
Things you need to do to make sure Done will work best for you. Call all the pharmacies in your area and make sure they accept telehealth prescriptions. Not a lot do. Some do and then suddenly they won’t. That is not Dones fault. The rest of the world needs to catch up. Going to the doctors office in person is going to be a thing of the past unless it’s an emergency or a specific procedure.
Be patient and also make sure you are keeping the doses you skip or don’t take somewhere safe incase you run into a pharmacy problem and you will have some to hold you over.
There is a National shortage of Adderall. So you need to call your pharmacy ahead of time to make sure they have it in stock before Done sends it in. If they do not, use one of the other pharmacies you called that take’s telehealth prescriptions and have them send it there. I called 6 pharmacies before I found one that had it in stock yesterday.
If you do all of these things and you actually have adhd, Done health will not disappoint. At all. I don’t know if it’s expensive or not because I went a long time without insurance and did cash pay for everything so their prices are fair to me. More than fair.
Manage your expectations and do your research and you will not have any problems whatsoever. I’m glad I found them and I no longer have to take time off of work and go 26 miles away for a 30 minute session and a hour long wait time just so my other doctor can write a prescription. My time is a lot more important to me than a few extra bucks for the monthly fee.
Response:
Howdy, I have asked a couple times for a list of participating pharmacies to help since my insurance no longer covers walgreens. That would help me a great deal. Cash price for the prescription, especially name brand is a little intense.

No Available Appointments
When I made my initial appointment, there was ample amount of appointment times available. My prescriber told me I was going to be on a certain medication, but sent in a different one. When I sent a message asking about why it was different, the only response I got was that it was based on my treatment plan. When I asked for my treatment plan and official diagnosis (the information was left blank on my profile) I received no response. I was told to schedule a follow up in 4 weeks to discuss how my medication was going. When I tried to do this it only says that my provider has a full schedule, and I am unable to schedule an appointment. I have emailed the customer service line and sent messages on the site and have not received any information about being able to schedule an appointment or change providers. I've now been out of my medication and unable to discuss my symptoms that aren't being helped for about 3 weeks now. I tried calling and was met with "I don't know, I'll discuss with the scheduling team, and hopefully they'll get back to you in 24-48hrs." However, I've already been emailing the scheduling team, and they have not gotten back to me in weeks. I find that this is completely unacceptable, and it seems like they just want the initial $200 appointment fee and don't care that you're paying monthly for meetings with your provider or that it's dealing with medications that are affecting your mental state.

I had my first appointment with my…
Edited March 10: After sending everything again several days ago after much back and forth, and today I am being told I need my EKG repeated (my results were normal). No one would take the joke of a referral from "Done" so I paid $140 out of pocket to get one done. I obviously will not be repeating my EKG. Or using Done, I recommend you just suck it up and find a local in person psychiatrist.
I had my first appointment with my clinician which went well and we made a treatment plan to titrate me off of Wellbutrin which I have been on for almost a year in order to begin Vyvanse. I was hesitant to come off of my SNRI which still left me struggling but nowhere near to the degree as I did unmedicated. My clinician asked for an EKG prior to trying Vyvanse and to provide it to support as directed. I provided my EKG over 10 days ago, have chains of emails from support saying they received it and forwarded it to my provider. My provider several days later responded to tell me she still has not received it, I immediately resent it to support along with my clinicians response. That was 4 days ago, I have heard absolutely nothing since despite several attempts. I am now completely unmedicated, about to begin a new job, and have no idea when this issue will be resolved. This is incredibly unacceptable. I have been diagnosed by a neuropsychologist, it's not as if I am just looking for a prescription, I need medication as a tool to manage my life. Instead of getting help it seems I have taken 20 steps backwards and am struggling as much as I was before diagnosis. I don't know where the problem lies, but if support can't provide adequate communication and care they should not be allowed to provide medical care. ADHD makes it hard enough to keep everything straight without having to chase down support with numerous emails and consultations. It's frustrating and exhausting, do not recommend as they can't seem to provide consistent care.

The worst experience I have ever had…
The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Feels like a scam. I have been paying them for months and have only gotten 1 refill of my prescriptions. My original provider left, nobody told me. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment with another provider, she was extremely rude, only gave herself 10 minutes for our consultation then her next patient signed in and she said she had to go. I mentioned I only had 1 more day of the meager 6 day supply I had been issued and she threw her hands up and said sorry. They then scheduled my next appointment conveniently the day after my next payment. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB. They got me a new provider that made me switch to a different medication which I now cannot even get. And on top of that I am now locked out of the portal entirely, unable to communicate with my provider in any way, even though all day yesterday I tried to prevent this from happening by trying to communicate it through support and here we are, once again. Still waiting and being told not to hesitate to reach out but nothing ever actually gets done if you do. Like I said, I have been trying for MONTHS! Let me know if you want to see the emails....
Im gathering as much info on cases as I can and am going to deliver what I find along with all of my many communications with this awful company to my uncle, who is a pretty prominent prosecuting attorney, to get a class action lawsuit going against these crooks. Message me if you would like to contribute your experiences. My email is cptnbkfr86 @hotmail.com
Thanks!
And yes I see your response whoever replied as a representative of Done. Per usual you are wonderful at responding with messages like "We would love to help. Please message us." Even though messaging you in any capacity could not possibly be any more inconvenient. Not to mention you never actually get anything done (pun intended) anyway. I have given you months of time and plenty of opportunities to make this right and it just keeps getting worse. I have been without my medications for months and it seems to be no priority whatsoever on your end. Your website says it aims at battling the stigma against ADHD, however during my last consultation I found myself being aggresively forced to grasp for reasons why I should continue to be treated by my provider, even though I clearly have every symptom of ADHD, before ultimately being left high and dry, yet again.

Been 3 months and no prescription fill- SCAM
I’ll just send my most recent message to the Done support team so you know what I’ve been doing through:
Hello, I spoke with someone from done support last week on the phone who said they were expediting my case because it’s been almost three months and still I have not received a single prescription. My provider has told me she sent the support team the information my pharmacy needs to fill, all the support team needs to do is fax the information. Why hasn’t it been faxed yet? Who is receiving this? Do you not have a fax machine? I’ve spoken with support so many times and this issue has been the same one for nearly 2 months now, I just don’t think Donefirst is capable of doing this. Can I please have a refund for both months that I have paid for this service? I have not gotten what I signed up for and in fact I have wasted hours of my time messaging, meeting, and speaking on the phone with members of your team and not a single person has actually been able to tell my anything solid, let alone help me. I speak to someone with a thick accent every phone call, and 3/4 of my messages go without response. My issue doesn’t seem that difficult of one, in fact in the state of California I imagine that every person who is getting a prescription for the first time of any of these medications for ADHD, are required to have their file sent to the pharmacy with more information. So does that mean not a single person who is new to getting this medication in california ever gets it if they sign up using Done? Please, please can I just have my money back?
EDIT**:
After posting this review, I was able to get more help with my issue. As of today I’ve finally received my prescription. I do appreciate that Donefirst made my case a priority but I would imagine the problem I had would be the same for many people and we shouldn’t have to leave a scathing review just to get real help. That being said, I got my prescription and they gave me two months of my membership for free so I do appreciate that they made sure to resolve my issue. Bumping my review to 3 stars because I still think it shouldn’t have taken 3 months and a bad review to finally get what I signed up for.

DON’T DO IT!
Beware- pretty positive this is a scam company.
I’ve been on adhd medication for YEARS and YEARS since childhood and I’m now almost 30 years old. I moved states and waiting to establish a new PCP. So I gave this a shot and my oh my was it a huge mistake! I had my appointment 3/1/23 with Done and it lasted 15 mins, the clinician was not paying any attention she was side tracked doing God knows what. The meeting lasted around 15 mins so I paid over $15 per MINUTE for this appointment and I keep getting the run around from the clinician as to why she won’t fill my prescription. I have submitted all of my prior doctor’s information and I even provided my marriage certificate for my name change. The clinician keeps saying that there’s no records of me ever being prescribed my medication?? However, they have all my doctor’s information and they refuse to contact them even though I’ve sent Done all the prior summary visits to my doctor. Nobody responds to my requests for updates. THEN to top it off they’ve scheduled me a new appointment for 3/9/23 for an INITIAL consultation which I already had and I didn’t request another one. Also, it appears they want me to pay another over $200 for this second appointment which they scheduled without my consent within 1 week of my last appointment. None of this makes sense to me, so my suggestion would be just go old school and physically go into a doctor because I have yet to get any updates since my appointment and I wasted all this money for absolutely nothing.
Update: They additionally just charged my card :( and I am no longer able to message the clinician I had my consultation with.
Additionally, I booked an appointment with the link Done provided below in their response and after I book it, I get an automated email with yet another link to book another appointment, so it's just a never ending circle.
