Done has been incredibly helpful in managing my mental health. Their portal is easy to use, their providers are very supportive, and their customer support is fantastic. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my needs are met.

Uses your treatment to force you to maintain the subscription.
Company only issues medication on a 30 day cycle basis and you can’t get your next prescription if you don’t pay the monthly service fee, and pay for the monthly update apt. I have been getting seen for a while and can no longer afford the service fee and they cut off my access to the medications I need if I don’t continue to pay. Other companies like this don’t do that. I do not recommend Done.

Dog Shhiit platform and service, but can get you started quickly
Dog shot service, but for som it may be the only option. One problem in this country is how long it can take to get a diagnosis through primary physicians and specialists. A lot of shot can wrong in that window of time. I only recommend Done is because it is faster, Meeks vs months. That’s where it stops.
Best advice is to screen capture every interaction with them and look up your providers medical license# and state board organization. Keep those things in your back pocket. When they start fuqcking up and taking their sweet ass time to deliver the services, and they will, you drop an email title “How do I lodge a complaint with your medical licensing board!” These people act like they are doing you a favor most of the time but you are paying them!
You will be amazed how fast these prriicks stand at attention when they see that! Unfortunately, you have to be prepared to scorch the earth they’re standing on if they aren’t fulfilling their obligations. Don’t be afraid to do so. They are supposed to be caregivers not Ikea customer service reps.
Eat a diick Trustpilot. I’ll curse whenever the fuukq I want too.
Good Luck

This company is a scam!
UPDATE:
The only way you get help is when you are angry and things have to be escalated. They offer you a “free month” initially. When you say that you are wanting to cancel and keep reiterating you want to cancel, they will then charge you $199 for a “initial fee”
This company is a scam you guys. Please. Don’t use them. Just find a real doctor. The whole company puts you through this dehumanizing experience that leads to highway robbery and scams.
This company is a scam. They are quick to charge you, glacier speed to resolve issues. They will take your money and never send your scripts. Any issues that arise will never be resolved. They will continue to charge you despite never resolving issues or filling prescriptions. You will not be seen in a timely matter. The whole company puts you through an awful dehumanizing experience. No contact number. Email never is responded to.

I’m writing this review because things…
I’m writing this review because things have gotten worse since my last review. I have no missed for lunch breaks or important meetings trying to have my 25 intro meeting with this company. I have been canceled on all four times. Additionally, I often get an error screen asking me how my medication is working. No medication was ever Ordered or approved. This company is bad, bad, bad, news. They’ve absolutely ruined my morning. Hours of unproductive work.

Horrible way to handle patients who you are prescribing meds for and have them going without meds for days and weeks…
It is time for a refill and 5 days out as they advised you go into the portal and request a refill, I did that now it’s 12 days later haven’t heard anything. I tried to call I cannot speak to a live person it’s always leave a msg or call back later. I only have 1 days worth of meds left and after sending 3 msgs I get a reply that my provider has left the company and now they have to schedule an appointment to meet with a new provider!!! I can already see where this is heading, on top of this they charge me the $79 monthly charge. What am I supposed to do? It’s ok to stop meds cold turkey because the company is irresponsible, but it’s not ok and not suggested to stop taking meds cold turkey if you wanted to get off of them! I’m truly floored that my prescription wasn’t filled before my provider quit and that there isn’t someone to talk to about sending the prescription to my pharmacy before I speak to a new provider!

I have nearly 16 months of continuous experience with Done. They have been everything that I could ever ask for.
I have been a Done. customer since November, 2021. I have 20 years of professional experience in the personal and clinical health care industry. Every step of my journey and interaction with Done has always been met with prompt, appropriate, professional and informative experiences. There was a fluctuating time during the summer of 2022 when I noticed that several major national pharmacy chain corporations self-imposed a restriction of honoring legitimate prescriptions. This was a pretty rapid development that appeared to send shockwaves throughout the industry. I have clinical ADHD. I also have close immediate family members have diagnosed ADHD. It has genetic markers and tendencies. I have found that it was stigmatized as an adolescent or juvenile-prone disorder “that most people grow out of.” As I matured I realized that it was easier to be appropriately diagnosed and treated with ADHD as a child. The problem with my situation was as I grew older, matured, graduated college, married, moved to different locations and switched doctors (or had a significant gap in primary doctors), I “thought” that I had matured past the point of ADHD. My perception of the adult way of dealing with these symptoms was to just focus and fight through it, no matter how difficult or time consuming.
Done. was a life-changing paradigm shift in my life, professional career and family that I can directly attribute to their help. They have unmatched accessibility, personal attention, professionalism, and customer service…but the medical staff and doctors that I have experienced are everything that you want and need from a medical professional.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We are ecstatic to see this positive review. We understand that there are many barriers to patients receiving the care that they need and deserve within today's healthcare system. It is an honor to provide a service that increases accessibility to care for patients with ADHD. We take feedback very seriously - please don't ever hesitate to reach out to us with how we can improve our services in the future!
