This was an easy process to get started. The doctor was prompt,and seemed to be really interested in helping me with my needs. After the first appointment the customer service has been the same never takes long to get a response if you do run into a problem .

Suffering from adult ADHD, I came to realize the importance of everyday life while taking medication and it helped me. Especially, I really appreciate the fact that I can receive remote treatment at the time I want and prescription at a low price. They are very kind and careful.

My experience with Done First has been stellar! It’s very clear and straightforward- I had no problem at all booking my first appointment with a doctor. I didn’t even have to wait very long either- only two weeks- which compared to other places is phenomenal. Once I got assessed I was able to get the appropriate care I needed and my quality of life has sincerely improved. I’ve been recommending this service to all my friends who are struggling with ADHD and getting a diagnosis/assistance.

I just want to start out by saying I am a nurse. With ADHD. I've lived my entire life with it and struggled through everything I did. I heard about Done and figured it wouldn't hurt getting an assessment. My first appointment went great and my provider was nothing short of amazing. I get my prescriptions monthly at the correct time, even through this shortage. I am responded to within 3 business days with any concerns. I just had my 6 month follow up appointment and adjusted medications appropriately. I was even able to wean off my antidepressant with this new treatment plan and my life has changed for the better. Improvement is definitely needed with the interface though dramatically. I am an informatics nurse to be exact and the platform could be improved in many ways, especially the scheduling system and customer service. There is no reason someone should get a voicemail when trying to call support about an appointment that's supposed to be happening at that moment (provider was having technically difficulties and the link provided through text was wrong). Luckily I signed onto my platform and found a zoom link that worked. But people without my experience might not know this. I do understand the frustration of the other reviewers because things could definitely improve. Luckily my personal experience with Done has been great with some small bumps along the road. I do wish the monthly fee was cheaper. I pay $15 monthly for my PCP online and pay $39 when I actually need an appointment. Paying $70+ for a platform I don't need to use monthly at all shouldn't be a thing. Please feel free to reach out to me personally with any questions!

I asked my PCP about ADHD treatment and their office refers a neurologist, a $2,000 out of pocket, 5 hour test. I asked my therapist and she said we use done. I have never been happier! HIGHLY recommend. User friendly interface, affordable! I think I paid $11 to sign up and when I got an appointment relatively quickly, I knew I’d made the right choice and subscribed. I recently paid for the year in full.

Doctor is very helpful and online portal makes scheduling appointments easy.

I would give 0 stars if I could, horrible customer service to start with. They sent in a prescription for medication that can't be filled, and one pharmacy told me that they needed to prescribe me something else entirely because they would never receive the script in. I have sent multiple messages with no response and now they up and schedule me an appointment with a new doctor completely. I JUST WANT MY MEDICATION THAT I WAS ON SENT IN!! But you cant get a single person on the phone or get a response in less than a weeks time.
