I have been a Patient of DONE for approximately three years now and I have always been treated like a priority and with a more personable respect as if I were more a Team Member rather than a Client. I find much comfort in the consistent correspondence that I have with my assigned physician and admin staff whom assist me with my prescription. I feel that my prescription is very accurate and it has helped me so much in the last three years since I started it. I am very regimented now and I have more time in my day because of how organized I now am. The product (medicine) has been an absolute healthy advantage for my mental clarity and the DONE staff has made the entire process and application a very pleasant and secure experience.

Never in my life have I had to write a 1 star review TWICE but here I am. Once again, this company has proved to be anything but help to my mental health. Not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the "care team", they are simply trained to respond with scripted answers. I paused my membership because I was not able to get my medication and without any notice (email, text, etc.), I was charged AGAIN for another month WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They offered me 20% of my refund for absolutely NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS. THEY ARE A SCAM. And honestly all of the other "good" reviews are probably fake. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Adding onto my review since Done requested me to do so lol... To confirm the above, this situation is exactly that. I scheduled a call with someone on the care team to "request" a refund, received an email back saying they would only refund me 20% if I didn't want to accept another month of Done. which would be pointless since my medication isn't available so my membership is literally them taking my money for no reason at all. I responded back to the email asking for this to be escalated and have not heard back and have another call scheduled with the Care Team for more back and forth. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My appointment was 3 days ago and my prescription still has not been sent in to my pharmacy! And they are ignoring my texts, emails, and voicemails! No one will respond to me and it is impossible to get in touch with a real person! They were communicating with me very quickly every time I message them until after my appointment and now that they have my money and I have a problem I get no response for days! I have never ever had it take more than one day for a prescription to be sent in now it's been 3 and still no response from anyone from the company!

The only issue I have with DoneFirst and why I can’t give five stars is the lack of pharmacy options. I don’t have the greatest insurance, and the prescription is costly. There are pharmacies where the cost of the prescription would be much less, but the Hwy are not pharmacies in the DoneFirst network. Other than that, I have no complaints. It is more expensive than seeing a PCP, there is a monthly fee whether a face to face consultation with the doctor is needed or not. But I can do the appointments on my time, when it is convenient for me. The provider is great, and when a refill is needed, it gets sent right away.

I have not had continuity with my prescriptions at all. I spoke to my Practitioner to adjust my dose my medication which she ok’d 2 different times , meds don’t get called in for 3 weeks then the dosage was wrong. This was the 2 nd time dose was wrong and long wait… Extremely frustrating…

This is an update to a previous review that was 1 star. I had a terrible experience and the staff reached out and asked me if I wanted another provider. Well talk about a night and day difference. Dr Makolo was AMAZING. The consultation felt like I’ve been his patient for years. Definitely feel better about DONE and don’t feel scammed or treated like I’m some druggie looking to score like the previous provider. I recommended him so much. Thanks again for responding to my concerns.

Done. Is very helpful, accessible, and convenient. They answer all my questions and will respond back to me quickly. I definitely recommend Done. to others.
