The company has ghosted me and not responded to my complaint. The provider I was paired with did not follow their ethical standards of practice. The provider did not do their job, referred to their private practice, required lab work that they won't order, and overall never intended to provide treatment.

I've used 2 other companies similar to Done. I've been using Done for 9 months now and love it! They refill prescription always on time and there is always open time slots for m to meet with your prescriber within a week. This is why I switched companies a couple times until I found done. Amazing and reliable company. 5/5

I’ve been using done for around a year. My provider and her care team have always been available to me with any questions I have. I have been able to manage my ADHD symptoms more effectively using Done than I have in the past. I live in a very small town by the Canadian Border and it isn’t easy to find a local provider that has experience with adhd.

Not worth it. I was rushed into choosing a pharmacy even before I'd seen a doctor - I chose one of the few pharmacies Done works with, and it later turned out that pharmacy doesn't take my health insurance. Plus, every pharmacy in my area is out of stock of the medication I was prescribed. I'm disappointed to find out that this is something Done is fully cognizant of, but patients aren't made aware of the many restrictions in place until after we've paid hundreds of dollars. I use medicaid because I'm low-income, and paying for Done to try and get treated was something that was very difficult - to find out now that telehealth prescriptions are restricted to specific pharmacies that either don't take my insurance or are out of stock of the medication I've been prescribed is frustrating. Then, to find out there's no way to get in touch with my 'care team' other than via email (which can take days to get a response) or by making another appointment, adds to the stress. I was hoping this process would be smooth; it's been anything but.

Never use them - they charge $199 upfront only to leave you without service or medication. Terrible business

I’ve been using the DONE subscription for almost a year now to manage my ADHD and it has been great to have the support and be given the tools to improve my life & well being. I have my confidence back just knowing I’m more on top of things.

Horrible experience. The clinician isn't someone I have any kind of ongoing relationship with it seems or someone who actually seems to care about me so it doesn't check any boxes on wellness side, the prescription I was given by the nurse was an ANTIDEPRESSANT which is considered a thirdline treatment - not good. The notes from the clinician included a copy/pasted template where they didn't bother to replace the copy / pasted bits. It says: "Hi Alexandria, It was wonderful meeting with you! This is our current treatment plan, as discussed at your visit: COPY AND PASTE DIAGNOSIS AND PLAN Your prescription has been sent to the following pharmacy of your choice: COPY AND PASTE PHARMACY" No thought, no care, medications that don't even address my concerns, honestly GO TO YOUR DOCTOR and skip this completely unhelpful app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PS also NONE of my regular pharmacies will even take their scripts :) It's really a scam in every way

Terrible. My provider expressed concerns about some errant thoughts I was honest about. She stopped the medication, dropped me as a patient. Then I requested to be aligned with a different provider through their platform. They got back with me the next day telling me that I was refused a second opinion and then dropped me from their program all together. Terrible patient care. No second opinion, no revaluation, nothing. "Provider dropped you, bye". Terrible way to provide health service and frankly, dangerous. How can you stop medication abruptly and then cut the patient off? Horrible and apathetic.
