Go to a real doctor
You're better off just going to a real doctor. I thought I would try them out thinking it would be more efficient, but it's not. Despite having been prescribed Adderall IR on and off for over a decade they refused to give me a prescription for anything but extended release. A lot of people have complained they never called in the prescription, but I didn't have that problem. However, as a result of them forcing the XR on me I'm unable to get my prescription because there is a shortage of Adderall XR. With a regular doctor this wouldn't be a problem because you could just call them and explain the problem and they could change your prescription to something similar the pharmacy can get. Because done is full of pointless bureaucratic rules this is an impossibility. To even attempt this would require a whole new appointment. They're also not having you meet with real doctors. They're "psychiatric nurse practitioners" from outside the US. They're probably getting paid like $10/hr. Considering $200 is more than I paid my actual psychiatrist for 1 hour it makes you realize how much they're ripping you off. The whole thing is very robotic too. They spend the whole meeting asking you a list of pointless questions like if you have allergies. They also regurgitate all the questions you answer when you schedule your appointment. The whole process feels like you're interacting with the IRS, DMV, or some other government entity that's a pain to deal with. So in my opinion I've just lost $200 that I won't get back. I'm just going to go with a real doctor. It's just difficult to fit seeing a doctor around my work schedule.
