I had an appointment with a therapist and my prescription filled w/in 24 hrs. Fill out the paperwork correctly, have your ID ready for the Zoom meeting. Be prepared to spend 20-30 mins doing intake questions. It is beneficial if you have had the prescription you are requesting written prior by a doctor you have seen in person. This service was easy for me to use because I've been prescribed the same medication regularly for many years by the same physician, and have extensive consistent medical records that aligned with my request. I am using done for convenience. Spending so much time and effort getting to a doctor every 3 weeks was incredibly taxing. I have a full robust life, this service gives me flexibility which grants me more freedom. This has increased the positivity level in my life, and substantially decreased my anxiety levels as there is no more hoping on the dirty NYC trains and hope they are running on time, or scrambling for a mask to wear inside the doctors office, or waiting forever for the patient prior to finish etc. I can meet my doctor via Zoom after I get my brekkie, or while I'm taking a walk through the park and use my AirPods. Life is better this way, and it's so refreshing.

Done. listened to be when no one else would. They listened to my individual concerns rather than trying to blame my adhd on something else. My Dr. Is extremely helpful and is willing to set up a meeting whenever I need to speak with her. Although, the services are a little expensive, you are paying for attentive service so it’s worth it. I would recommend Done. to anyone.

The process from initial consultation to ongoing support has been incredibly easy / convenient. Refills are sent to my pharmacy within 3 days of my request every month so far with absolutely no issues getting my medicine. Highly recommended !

DONE ADD/ ADHD treatment has helped me through the most turbulent time I've ever experienced in my life so far. It was easy to get evaluated and set up appointments with a clinician. My diagnosis made total sense and I'm able to work through my anxiety and depression with the medication they prescribed, therapy and other tools. DONE has been quick to respond whenever I've had a question, or needed a refill. I've been able to coordinate lab work within my Healthcare network without issue. DONE is helping me through the most difficult time in my life, and I'm grateful. There's no judgment, only help.

I would give less than a 1 star if allowed. DO NOT USE "DONE". I paid $200 for an appointment with one of their "doctors", only to be treated like a pill seeking junkie. She prescribed medication however my pharmacy/ insurance needed more information from her. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I messaged her and never heard from her again. I was going to chalk it up as lesson learned UNTIL they debited MORE money from my account that was unauthorized. They have zero ways to contact an actual person to speak to. Emailing was a waste of time and seemed to be auto- generated. I am still waiting for a refund and a call back. I can't believe, after reading the REAL reviews, that this company is still in business.

I'm telling you right off the bat do not use their services. The doctor went through my whole history of being prescribed medication for my condition. I went through everything and told her what worked and she refused to prescribe me everything I was prescribed that worked. This lady seem to be going through a routine. I was better off having an actor with a stethoscope asked me questions then this woman. It was very hard to understand her and she just did not care about my situation and why would she ask me what medications worked and what have I been prescribed if she's not willing to do so. She must be prescribing him to her husband and kids

I have used done to continue my treatment for ADHD for years. There’s always been minor issues like no available appointments, me having to follow up right up to the end to ensure my script is sent before it runs out but nothing to the caliber of what I have experienced this month. I went in the app and requested my refill on the 7th- which was early due to a late pick up at the pharmacy previously on januarys prescription while I figured out my insurance, however given previous issues wanted to get ahead of it and knew the pharmacy would just hold the script the extra few days until my previous ran out. It is now march 25th, my script ran out nearly 2 weeks ago. I have followed up COUNTLESS times, finally requested a call- they never called. I get a response from the joke of a support email saying “we’ve reached out and are working on this please give us 3 business days.” every 5-6 days Since the 7th with no follow up or outcome or prescription sent. You are responsible for maintaining the treatment plan of individuals and they can’t get a non automated response from you for 20 days when you never sent in their regular monthly refill and just continue to say we are working on it. That’s completely unacceptable. It’s now the weekend again (third weekend since this all began) so I’m once again getting the “we’re trying but it’s outside of working hours” response. Surely business hours happened at some point in the past 20 days and it should have been handled. Your lack of care and follow through completely disrupted a regularly scheduled medicine I’ve been on for years with no sense of urgency to fix or rectify the situation and the month completely closing out. “Requesting a call” 1 week in advance that never happens is not urgent care. Waiting 3-6 days to get a follow up email telling you to wait more is not any type of care whatsoever. I really hate to leave bad reviews but nearly 20 days of trying to make actual contact is absurd. ***the response to access their urgent care call line- I have done so. Nobody ever called. The first available appointment isn’t until Monday and that’s IF they actually call this time unlike the last 2- not a satisfactory response on any level, just the same endless talking to a bot in circles I’ve done for weeks. ***update- got a response Saturday night after pharmacy hours that I as the patient needed to reach out to my pharmacy to see if they had my medication in stock and let them know so my doctor could send in my over 2 week overdue regularly filled for years prescription -let them know I had to wait until the pharmacy opened Sunday morning, called right at open and confirmed- immediately let them know have still heard nothing and no script sent in.
