prepare to be perpetually ghosted - really bad support, unresponsive, lack of communication. They charge a lot just for the initial subscription. After the first evaluation, they pretty much disappear. Their support team is entirely pathetic. They prescribed a medication but then claim that pharmacy doesn't have it due to backorder. Then they ask for a list of other pharmacies - I reply back with more choices and they basically ghost without reply. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received any medication.

first appointment was with a an inept provider who was only willing to suggest trying the same thing that didn't for 10 years. Done then tried to convince me to book with someone else to keep my money, and the second provider never showed. Is this company legitimate? Even the zoom waiting room message had grammatical errors. Stay away. You'll have less headaches. This company should be reported to the BBB. Edit: The reply Donefirst has provided to this review is the same they provided after my first, second, and third support email. An online scheduling tool shouldn't be this hard to use. And it appears that I've been marked as a no show for the rescheduled appointment where I waited in the zoom waiting room for nearly the entire appointment time meaning the second provider attempted to join too. So not only has my time been wasted through many, many back and forths, but the providers' as well. I can only imagine the providers receive a significantly discounted cut of the $220 Done charged, and for what? Tech and admin support that doesn't work. Update 4/3/23: I scheduled a support team call per Donefirst's reply for 830 am today. I received an email confirmation saying someone from their support team would call me at this time for a 10 minute discussion. It's now nearly 9 am and no one has called.

Great service. I have been using Done for a couple years now and service is top notch. Appointments are always on time and great communication with the providers. Definitely recommend this service.

I have generally experienced good follow up and timely submission of Rx refill requests. However, I have had scheduled appointments cancelled last minute twice in the past year which I find frustrating. One was cancelled while I was waiting for the Zoom to begin and rescheduled a week later during a time that required I cancel another personal obligation because I was concerned about maintaining access to my meds. Overall, a decent service for those who travel or don’t have a local therapist. It’s not cheap @ $79 a month but the convenience is worth it.

Great service, very convenient and fast. I have ADHD since childhood but didn’t use medicine regularly. I ran across done on TikTok and it has changed my life. My doctor is very good and she remembers what we talked about more than a year ago. I’ve been using it since December 2021 and couldn’t be happier.

My provider is quick to respond and always addresses my concerns promptly and thoroughly.

Don’t do it. Similar to others experience I have been waiting over 6 weeks since prescribed to pick up my medication. They have zero ways to contact an actual person to speak to, the website is very janky - their customer support url is done.kustomer.support, and emailing was a waste of time. i have sent them medical release forms three times now and each time they ask for something different with the response ‘Please be advised that it usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process your medical records request.’ Go elsewhere
