My practitioner has always been responsive, helpful, and understanding. I can say the same for all of the support staff I have encountered as well. I have read negative reviews online about done ADHD. And frankly, I think that most of the complaints can be attributed to larger systemic issues with our current healthcare infrastructure.

Done social media team -- do NOT pass me off to the Urgent Care Line or the folks in the Philippines, please have someone US-based contact me, I have responded twice now to your request for additional information including a phone number and nobody has reached out. Philippines ain't gonna cut it. Both your primary and urgent care line team members have missed calling me TWICE now. I am on the warpath and will post a new Trustpilot experience daily here with a 1 star review until Done does the right thing. I am still paying for their service, they are the only way I can get the medication I need in the backwoods place where I live since I can't drive due to a vision-related disability and the nearest doctor that will prescribe for my condition is in another state. I'll even throw this out there for Done to consider -- if your team will facilitate ensuring I can get my medication I'm paying your providers to prescribe, I'll remove all 1-star reviews, and post a new 4-star review. I'll upgrade it to a 5-star review if your US-based folks proactively communicate with me until I have the medication in my hand from the pharmacy.

Done is a very convenient health care provider, with an easy to navigate platform and kind doctors. I met my doctor in person for the first appointment, and now they are remote. Easiest healthcare experience I’ve had in a while. 10/10 recommend!

My Healthcare team at Done. have always listened to me, reviewed potential treatment options, advised me of any possible risk or side effect of medication, and the process was easy. If anyone is deciding if Done. may be right for them, I would encourage looking into them.

This does not allow me to give it negative stars although it should. Started the process of assessment for ADHD with the company in October and I had no issues and it seemed they were looking after the client. December rolls around and needed a look at my medication since it wasn't helping. Took until mid January and a lapse in medication before I got seen. Delays in medication getting to the pharmacy and then I had an appointment at the end of Jan. Appointment is canceled last minute not once but twice!! Last minute as in less than an hour before the scheduled appointment. Complained about the process and handling of the situation and took 3 messages and support calls for any action. They decided to credit 2 weeks and a new provider. Get the new medication and there was delays in process with getting the medication approved by my insurance due to unknown barriers by the company. Requested medication in time before I ran out... had a 4 business day delay when it shows 3 days to have my request answered. This along with yet another delay and it created the 3rd lapse in medication since I started. Was told by a provider that it's the pharmacy that has the delay and stop placing blame. Then they were kind enough to completely drop me with a false claim of not being able to have my transaction go through on ANY of the method of payments that I have provided - debit or credit it hasn't made a difference and none of my cards show of any charge being done this month from them. So instead of alerting me of this, they decided to drop me 2 weeks before I need yet another prescription fill.

Overall very pleased with Done's service. Evaluation was quick and non-judgmental and enabled me to avoid the inevitable gaslighting from my primary care provider. While there have been some hiccups here and there, most were beyond Done's control yet the team has handled everything usually in very quick order. Glad they're here.

I’m a a huge fan of the process. From the simplicity of the interview to the filing. The only potential issues I can see people having are with insurance and lack of total pharmacy coverage. But keep in mind, we found Done and chose to embark on this journey. Some people forget that I suppose. I would recommend It to anyone.

I have had an awful experience with this company. During my initial intake video appointment, the provider was sitting in a dark room in shadows so I could not see his face, which felt super weird and sketchy. The appointment lasted 12 minutes total at which point he diagnosed me with ADHD and prescribed Strattera. The care plan I received through the website was clearly a cut-and-paste form letter that he had failed to fill out, so it literally said [COPY AND PASTE] in every single section incl. diagnosis, pharmacy info, etc. I wrote back to him asking him to complete the care plan but he never did. He did finally send in the RX so that I could fill it last month but this month, I submitted a refill request at least 5 days ago and it has not been submitted nor have I received any communication from Done. Just a very, very bad experience. There is no way to call the company so you are putting your life and health in the hands of a website that does not do its job properly and offers no form of recourse when there's a problem. Deeply troubling that a company is allowed to charge people a good deal of money while offering such terrible patient service.
