I've had nothing but good experience using Done. I'm on my second healthcare provider so far, but both of them have been super helpful and responsive when I need help. The ease of use in unbelievable, from setting up an appointment to requesting refills, and you get status updates along the way. I would highly recommend Done to anybody looking for convenience and ease of use!

While the service is great for flexibility and cost, don't expect your provider to get back to you anytime soon. When I ran out of medication (yes there's a shortage, that's not the problem here), it took my provider 3 weeks to respond and change my pharmacy. I've continued using the service due to cost but keep your expectations low.

I initially had a great experience with DONE but things have drastically changed since the beginning of this year. I live in South Carolina and we are required now to have at least 1 In-Person appointment every 24 months with the provider. I did it back in February and have all the emails and proof of my appointment. A few weeks later I begin receiving emails to schedule an in-person appointment and it wasn’t a follow up, it read like it was going to be my first one. I think it’s a mistake so I reply that I already did. Done replies “thanks for letting us know” a week or so later I try to request a refill. The provider said I need to come in person and will need to do so every month starting in May. I’ve never heard this before because the emails I received said ONE IN-PERSON EVERY 24 MONTHS. I asked the provider for clarity and this is the same person who saw me in person the first time so I was really confused. No response. I’ve reached out to support who said my provider will reach back out to me in 24 hours, it’s been 3 days now. I loved this service initially but ever since the provider was switched it hasn’t been good at all.

I am always pleased with this service, specifically how easy it is to see your renewal date and request a prescription renewal... also very easy to schedule a consultation and communicate with the staff. I live in the middle of nowhere so it would be impossible for me to get proper treatment if I still had to do things the old school way. I have never had an issue using this service, always on time and available, and I have been using them over a year now! I'm so grateful for done, because getting treatment as someone who suffers from adhd is no longer the nightmare that I endured for many years of my life!

I relocated states and had to wait for an appointment with a provider in another state. Which was very inconvenient to be without a prescription and still having to pay for the service for months. However, when I finally was connected to a provider, he was very engaging, professional and seemed concerned for me as a person. I appreciated the quality of provider. For this, I rate would rate 3 stars for the service, this could be better about gaps and charges for service while waiting for a provider: They could be forgiving knowing you don’t have an appointment for months ahead. 5 stars for the quality of my new provider.

I have had a very good experience with Done. My physician is knowledgeable about a variety of treatment options and has made managing my mental health an easier process.
