I am very satisfied with Donefirst and the service they provide. It is simple, quick and has greatly improved my life. Medications are always on time aswell as appointments. Any inquiries have been answered and handled quickly.

Despite shortages the support team is very easy to contact for help. They’re fairly responsive when emailed and asked for calls.

Update since Done somehow managed to remove my original review: How does this company have more than 1 star reviews? It is pure garbage. Since day 1 with them, it has been miserable. - providers don't show up to your scheduled appointment. - it is impossible to get on the phone with anyone for customer service. - emails to customer service go into a black hole of some sort, unless you are lucky and get a response back days later. - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. I have been told multiple times my account has been cancelled, but no, I am still getting charged $80.00 a month. I manually paused my subscription last month until 09/16/2022. When I log in, I can confirm that it says it is paused until 09/16/2022. But what does it matter, because they will still bill you! I was charged $80 today! What is it that I am pausing then? Absolutely terribly in every way possible. Probably the worst company I have ever done business with. It's sad when you have to contact your bank to dispute charges and stop all further payments. On top of it all, the business is just shady. The providers are not at all knowledgeable and sound like they are reading from an ancient outdated checklist. BAD BAD BAD BAD. The the Done employee that will respond to this: Please don't give me a generic reply telling me to contact support. I've already done this way too many times.

Easy and is great if you have a busy schedule/travel a lot!

I have been using Done for half a year now, and I truly appreciate my experience! Communication is great, my provider is very helpful, I feel much better all around. I was able to get the medication I knew I needed, and I’m able to talk to my provider about the pros and cons of medications to find the best one for me. Very helpful.

So if anyone asked me about my experience a year ago my review would have been around 1.5 stars. HOWEVER, in the past three months i have to admit that my new Doctor has been amazing! She returns my messages and calls within an hour or so versus the days or weeks that could’ve gone by before and I can tell that she’s very passionate about her patients and her career. Bravo.

Done has worked well for me especially with my new provider Cynthia. She is personable and does screenings each visit to make sure that my medication regimen is appropriate for me.

A truly awful experience. Done advertises "worry-free refills" and "24/7 care with clinicians". My experience was quite the opposite. Refills were an enormous hassle and required, after waiting a minimum of 3 days for a response my provider, multiple follow-ups with the support team to update on the status of my refill (these often took more than a month to receive). It often took a week to hear back from my provider (not very 24/7). My most recent experience with Done caused me to ultimately cancel my membership. After another month of not hearing from my provider, I was finally able to schedule a phone call with support where they informed me that my provider had actually left the platform...how long would they have continued to bill me had I not brought this to their attention? Save yourself numerous headaches and quite a lot of money by not using Done.
