My caregiver has been very helpful in addressing my ADD issues and allying the right treatment ti my symptoms. The care I have received has been life-changing, and made a huge difference in my every day life. During the Covid lockdown, it was extremely hard to find a doctor, and this company was a lifesaver. 

The experience was very easy and I always feel comfortable with my doctor. They listen, follow up, and are always communicative. I highly recommend Done!

I had great difficulty finding effective treatment for my ADHD, and narcolepsy symptoms before I found DONE. No one seemed to understand my unique situation. I tried many treatments, with little success. I had all but given up. Happy to say my symptoms are now manageable.

The providers & staff at Done. have gone beyond my expectations for healthcare. I have struggled with ADHD since I was a very young kid. Couple that with general anxiety towards medication and doctors in adulthood made it hard for me to seek help via traditional means. I had let my ADHD go unchecked for three or more years; either due to not having insurance to see a specialist, or being too anxious to follow through with an appointment. My inability to focus and constant fidgeting had resulted in several less than favorable conversations with my current workplace, and left me worried that I was going to lose another job because of how distracted I was getting. I found Done. through the kind suggestions of a fellow ADHD sufferer, and decided to try them while I was wait-listed for six months at a specialist ADHD clinic. I was able to be seen by a fantastic provider from the safety of my own home in less than 8 weeks from first connecting with Done. I was really worried when meeting my doctor that it would feel awkward or not personal, but my provider is fantastic! She took the time to ask me about my goals, considered what I wanted for my career & the areas where I struggled the most. When I expressed my anxiety around taking medications, she made sure to explain the side effects I could experience & talked me through all the questions I could possibly come up with. Done. has made managing my ADHD so much easier & I cannot thank them enough! I was actually able to secure a small promotion & raise after just a few months of treatment; and I’ve noticed that I’m able to keep up on household chores much more efficiently. I created a schedule that works for me, and I know if something happens within my treatment plan that I’m uncomfortable with, I can always reach out to my provider & the support team for help. When I had my follow up appointment and shared the news of my promotion with my doctor, she was SO excited! It really made me feel heard, and valued. They also check in with me once-twice a month just to make sure that my treatment is still working & ensure that I’m not experiencing anything negative. I LOVE their commitment to their patients. If you’re like me and you suffer from anxiety around healthcare / doctor’s offices, but need to receive treatment or an evaluation for ADHD, I highly recommend connecting with the support team and learning more about Done. I have received terrific service from Donefirst.com. My questions are answered promptly. My doctor listens to my needs. I had challenges with my local pharmacy and they helped me find another pharmacy. This is a terrific service for those of us whose needs fall on deaf ears when talking to our personal physicians. Their service and medication have been a life safer.

Terrible service so far. Met with my provider last Friday and she said she'd text me when the Rx was sent to the pharmacy. Here it is Wednesday, and I haven't heard a single thing from Done or my provider. I have sent multiple emails, left voicemails on their robotic messaging lines, and contacted the Urgent help line, all of which were absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. If I am having this much trouble just getting started as a new patient, I have zero faith that things will improve. DONE: GET IT TOGETHER OR STOP DOING BUSINESS.

I've been trying for months to get a 6-month follow up appointment. They keep saying they will schedule one, but never do. Now they just completely ignore my messages and requests. When I asked for a refill they didn't request a refill for all of them. I'm almost out, and have no way of contacting them.
