Done? More like Don't.
Requested medical records through email almost a month ago. No reply, no acknowledgment, no help. Finally left a review and got connected through the "Urgent" line to actually talk to a person, was told my records request was being sent to the records department and I should have them soon. I've completed several records release forms at this point, and still have no tangible results. Got another phone call a week later, their records department hasn't begun my records request, and has no idea on when it will be complete. This is borderline illegal. Providers are required to provide records when requested or provide a timeline on when those requests can be reasonably completed. I've got no records and I've got no timeline, just "Hopefully Soon" I feel that a month definitely exceeds what is "reasonable" I'm filing a OCR complaint the second I'm able. TLDR; Dont use done.
