While I wouldn’t label Done a “scam”…
While I wouldn’t label Done a “scam” per se, they are definitely just a slimy cash grab. You will not receive the care you are promised, that is absolutely certain. I don’t trust a single positive review. I had to consistently hunt down my own refill and often had lapses in my treatment. I had an appointment cancelled, even after a month of no treatment, with no notice. I received a letter from Walgreens stating that they conducted an investigation and would no longer fill prescriptions for my provider (who I also never actually met— nor did the nurses I zoomed). I was very happy with the results I received while on Vyvanse— but taking weeks to months off and practically begging for a refill and receiving copy/paste replies (which is what this review will also receive, ironically enough), having them cancel appointments and the only way I know is that it is just no longer showing up, and having Walgreens literally not fulfill requests from these slimy doctors… not worth it. Not worth it AT ALL.
