I have a running list of medical issues, and various specialty doctors that I have to book months in advance. Done let me knock one of those out with their incredibly convenient process and fast response time. In less than a week I was able to have a video call with my psychiatrist and get started on my treatment. My life has been exponentially better since getting treated, and without Done I’d still be on a months long waiting list to see a psychiatrist today would cost me three times as much!

My experience was great, it was quick and efficient. I never felt judged. I was able to have an open and honest conversation for the first time with a provider. I would refer them to anyone!

I would give a no star if I could. I have been trying to work with them for the past 3 weeks and it seems like once they have your CC information for recurring charges, they'll forget about you.

These guys helped me get my life turned around! I’ve suffered from ADD since I was a child and have had fantastic insurance for years BUT, my primary care physician has been gun shy about prescribing anything other than anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medication which weren’t helpful. My lack of focus was affecting my personal and professional life and I had unfinished tasks strewn about. To make a long story short, the doc I deal with through done.com seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being and got me dialed in and back on track! If you’re suffering, and are sick of being given everything under the sun other than the one thing that you know will help, try these guys!

Updating my review as DONE contacted me asking to write a review and I wrote it with 5 stars and great things to say. They promised me a gift card and never sent it or replied to me after I wrote the review. This is a shameful way to get people to write reviews. Wouldn’t recommend!

I started using Done when my company went remote during the height of the pandemic. I was diagnosed with adhd as a child and stopped using medication and the switch to working solo was really tough for me to keep on task. The care has been pretty consistent provider wise. It can be hard to get responses from the support team and actually resolve issues if you have them but if you don’t it’s pretty efficient.
