Done has always had great customer service and doctors to talk to. The messaging system is a little slow but once i get in contact its always helpful

Done was a little bit of a pain in the beginning with requiring in-person appointments (and then forgetting I already went to an in-person appointment and trying to require another one, etc). But once we got past the initial setup, it's been a piece of cake. It's nice to not be judged for wanting to get help. I would highly recommend Done to anyone wanting to learn more about ADHD.

I used done during the pandemic because I was concerned about my ability to focus/concentrate. I have been using Done for over a year at this point. When I first used Done, it was extremely disorganized and hard to get ahold of my provider. I was not able to easily get my prescription and at times I got messages that did not answer any of my questions. In the last six months, my experience with Done has improved immensely -- it is clear they are focusing on the service that they provide: I get follow ups after appointments, I can easily reach out to my provider, and I feel like my provider is more responsive. If you are looking for a service that is easy to use and straightforward, I would recommend Done. They don't always get it right the first time but it is clear that they are focusing on improving the experience.

“AMAZING”. That is exactly how you will feel about your experience with done! I have had nothing short of amazing support from my done doctor to amazing service from the entire done team! They actually do care about their patients and go above and beyond to show it! I have never had an issue with scheduling my appointments or requesting a new prescription. They are very professional and are always on top of things. They have been a big part in helping me get my life on track! I personally wouldn’t look any further, they are the exactly what they advertise and more! For me to even bother filling this review out should say a lot because I absolutely despise reviews! But have to give credit where credit is due and this company done deserves the most they can get! Kudos to done and the entire done team! “AMAZING”

Horrible. Do not use them, what a waste of money.

I am one month in no bad experiences yet, my doctor seems a little busy, and difficult to set another appointment to change my dosage, but I'm sure it will resolve itself in the next few days

I've been without medication for over 2 weeks, and I've sent multiple messages inquiring about my prescription and when I can expect to have it sent in with zero response. Is dangerous to just let patients go without medication cold turkey. I'm canceling this service, and I highly suggest you don't use this service because at this point it's a scam.
