Since my initial review, Done has really turned things around in my experience for the better. Clear communication + excellent customer service.
I think the website still needs some work, for those with multiple medications, if they're off cycle from each other you still need to contact customer service. While that's a slight annoyance, the assistance that you get is worth it.
If you're looking to give Done a try, I honestly think that despite a few cons, the customer service and convenience is well worth it

I should’ve listened…
Edit: As you can see below, their forward-facing customer service appears very important to them. I scheduled an appointment, but the soonest available dates were 36+ hours away…in 30 minute increments. Clearly their urgent assistance team is quite busy, and that’s indicative of a customer base experiencing the same problems.
I read several reviews complaining about the company’s lack of communication, but I figured that I’m a fairly tolerable fella who doesn’t want for much. I should’ve listened.
In the beginning, it was hard to get my provider to even respond after our first appointment. Once the auto draft was setup from my checking account, the friendly and prompt service soon left. Not takes days and days to hear from my provider, who still then has to refer her prescription to another physician to review and issue to my pharmacy.
Just as many other reviewers have complained, refills are a nightmare. As soon as I was eligible to apply for a refill, I did so, and was promptly told that my request would be reviewed within three days. We’re almost into a full week now without additional feedback, and still no refill. To top it off, the customer service email address you’re instructed to contact with any issues usually responds almost instantaneously to notify you that they received your request- despite two additional emails across this near week-long period of silence, I haven’t even received confirmation of my requests for help.
Do yourself a favor and heed the reviews for this one.

Couldn't get my medication
Couldn't get my medication, went through three different pharmacies, none of them would take my Done prescription. Customer service is non existent, takes about a week for someone to get to you with a simple question.

I’ve been using Done for about 4 months now. I’ve not had any issues so far. Always had a very quick response when getting refills. I do have to see a PCP in person before I can refill my next prescription, but I’ve dropped the ball on that one because I’ve been so busy. Check the laws in your own state before signing up. I’ve had no issues so far. Walgreen’s tried to give problems at first (but that was them), now I have no issues with them because I use their app to pick up my refills.

Not a scam, but not a great company
They get the job done but have some serious customer service issues. Very slow response time and not very helpful. The whole key to their service is getting a good doctor. If the Dr you get is not responsible and helpful, the service is useless. If you’re willing to pay, Done can be worth it.

My doctor is amazing
My doctor is amazing
He is very responsive whether I have a question or not.
I believe he does have extensive back ground in the field.
I'm not going to mention his/her name but my life has been amazing after Done!

Terrible
Terrible!
Their customer service is subpar at best! It’s been 18 days since getting my prescription and I needed a pharmacy change due to the shortage (I was unaware of) All I’m getting is apologies from them which take 48 hours for them to even give me that. I need my records released to go to an actual office for care and they skate around that by making it briefly seem as if they are getting my prescription moved over. All of this on top of the fact it took almost 3 weeks of me reactivating my account to even get someone to attempt to get an appointment set up.
Clearly they are too busy to handle the volume of service in which they’ve taken on.

Do not seek out done first for your…
Do not seek out done first for your ADHD treatment. Things look all good in the beginning, and it seem like the primary care providers really do care. But as soon as you have an issue with medication which most everyone is going through due to the shortage of ADHD meds, They take 3 to 5 days to respond, and then when they respond, they just ask you what the issue is and then take another 3 to 5 days for reply back or for the prescription to be sent elsewhere that can fill it. There’s also an issue with trying to get an appointment at 30 days , they require you to see a provider every 30 days. But when I go to book my appointment, there’s no availability, and to get any type of response whether you call and leave a voicemail email or through the patient portal, it always takes 3 to 5 days to get a response and then another 3 to 5 days For them to hear your complaint, even though you’ve Artie emailed or left him a voicemail, so takes well over a week just to speak to someone. All messages go to their call center in India first, and it’s filtered before going to the doctor. So the likelihood of your message actually making it may never happen , or will take even longer than 3 to 5 days there are better providers elsewhere. Just not sure where, currently in the process of finding that. Most every month I’ve had to go through withdrawals and I’m on day four without medication now. This is totally avoidable, but done first has plenty of patients to not care about other patients or their needs for why they were seeking the service. I’ve been with him for two years now, and it’s enough to make anybody go insane. i’ve also have been ghosted two times when logging into zoom to speak to my provider for my monthly appointment. The last time was last Friday, was online for 2 to 3 hours, no communication is always. Finally received an email at 6 PM Friday evening, telling me I need to do another appointment since my provider ghosted me Saturday morning at 7 AM, the following morning. If I couldn’t make that appointment, I wouldn’t be seen. I made the appointment, and the provider never sent my prescription as he said which happens often. So I’m still without medication and have been for days.
