My experience with Done is absolutely fantastic. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me personalized attention. Everything is going smoothly. They provide me with valuable insights and strategies to help me manage my ADHD symptoms effectively. I'm impressed by their ongoing support and follow-up. The process of requesting medication and consultations is so well streamlined that it's no hassle at all. I highly recommend Done to anyone looking for top-notch assistance! I know this review sounds like it could be fake, but I genuinely am grateful to Done they are helping me take control of my day, Done right. sorry for the pun at the end but I had to.

Had my first appointment back in Dec. Donefirst knew that no pharmacy will accept a prescription from them. I paid $70 for my appointment and they knew full well I wasn't going to be able to get a prescription. Do not use telemed for adhd treatment. You will NOT be able to fill a prescription.

Every month they deny me my medication. The providers are horrible and won’t send them to the pharmacy on time, make you schedule appointments the delay your meds even more, don’t respond to your complaints or help requests, and charge you in full for it.

I will admit I have a very well established diagnosis and medical history for my meds but because of my ADHD and just in general moving a lot or even moving jobs a lot I struggled so mitch at keep care regular and being able to re establish care for my adhd. It felt like every time i moved or changed insurance it was a battle to prove to my new doctors something i’ve been diagnosed with and always struggled with from the age of 6. Done was so amazing no muss or fuss, i pay out of pocket for the service and just run the medicine through my insurance at the pharmacy. My doctor is a real doctor he is very educated in new and old thoughts about adhd and adhd meds and even educated me a lot on understanding about medication and the diagnosis that had changed since i was a kid. He is super kind and upfront about side effects and long term effects and possible negatives of the meds. Because I have been treated for adhd my whole life doctors often didn’t fully explain everything especially never had educated me on side effects. They send out reminders and texts so I’m no longer chronically missing appointments and upsetting myself or losing access to care because of trouble with appointments. the regularity and the support and set up of everything about this service is amazing and has made such a huge positive impact on my quality of life. Being neurodivergent life can be so chaotic and the one thing i can always count is done and having my meds and that has helped me get so much better about routines and everything to do with my adhd. finally having access to an affordable service like this is a godsend and saved my life/improved my quality of life by more then I ever could of hoped. I have been using some for longer then six months now i think and I am just so grateful for their existence. Life is already hard with adhd and the pain of the doctor struggle to be able to just have access regularly to the meds I need to be able to regulate and function like at a healthy level was so depressing. I am so much happier and more relaxed anout my life now, that makes it so much easier to be motivated and work on myself i’m ways i never could before. Truly life changing I could not advise this company more.

Done made it so easy and affordable to get treatment. My provider really listened to my concerns and found the best treatment plan for me.

Easy process. Knowledgeable about the issues and listened to my needs.

Helpful practitioner and easy refills. After identifying a local participating pharmacy the process is easy. I’ve been happy with the results.

Was messaged 1 week ago stating provider has been off boarded and asked if I would like them to find a new provider I responded with a yes and a couple of other questions I have still not received a response I requested for my prescription on Friday and it said they would get back within three days just as usual. I had to schedule a phone call the care team called me yesterday and reassured me that they would get me on an urgent list for to find a new provider as I’m out of medication and they promised me that they would call me back by the end of the day, no phone call was received, I then scheduled another phone call which they called and told me the same thing as they did the day prior. I am beyond frustrated at this point. It’s a repeat of what happened to me last year all over again of which took 9 days to resolve
