THIEVES! These people have multiple umbrella companies to keep themselves safe. This is the only reason they're still in business they WILL steal your money. Just go to a real doctor.

BAD refill gaps

Stay away from Donefirst!
Done first cancelled my appointment, due to insufficient funds, yet still charged me $200 and they will not refund my money! They are incredibly difficult to get ahold of as well. Stay away!!!

Great experience…
I’ve been using done for over a year now. They do a great job working with your pharmacies to help get your medications. There is a nationwide shortage so it can be tricky but they have always been willing to assist. The practitioners have been professional and really help me understand my diagnosis and the tools I need to get on track.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I had been asking my healthcare providers to evaluate me for ADHD for *years* and was always told that they either weren't the right type of provider, or that they didn't "think" I had ADHD based on literally no questioning about why I thought I might. I have multiple family members, including my own daughter, that have been diagnosed. I had good grades in school and that was enough to dismiss my concerns. Well, here I am in my 30s, and absolutely struggling with life until I got help with my PMHNP through Done. I didn't know if I'd be able to get medications and/or if I even wanted to get medication in general; all I wanted was to be screened so I could at least have an answer. My practicitioner has been very helpful, understanding, and not judgemental at all. She's been able to reach out to Walgreens to clear up any issues, and has been responsible in ensuring that my other healthcare providers are aware of my medication in case it conflicts with the treatments for other health issues I see them for.
Long story short, I've been able to obtain answers, medication, support, and help. I absolutely think it's worth giving this company a try.
