The psychiatrist I was paired with was thorough, easy to talk to, and they seemed to understand where I was coming from. I would recommend this service to anyone struggling with ADHD. Also, I got my meds in a timely fashion.

This has some great and not so great qualities. It is really nice to be able to get your prescription refilled without having to go into an office setting or have monthly appointments. The NPs who cared for me were great and listened to my concerns during virtual appointments. However, my provider/prescriber changed frequently and if the pharmacy ever was out of stock of my medication (which happened often) it took days if not weeks for Done to pivot to another pharmacy or medication dose. It was also difficult to get a message response from my provider.

Overall great experience. Easy from A to Z. I’ve used other telehealth companies to help with adhd treatment and I personally like Done better because of the easy to use online portal.

I paid over $100 to start a membership and set up a session for a clinical assessment with a provider. My provider told me that from the results, my symptoms match more with Bipolar Disorder than ADHD. Because Done's services doesn't cover BD, I was advised by my provider to cancel my monthly subscription and seek help elsewhere. Come to find out, despite what their page's broken portal says in the help option- there is no option to cancel your membership, only edit your card info. I've found other reviewers saying they were scammed of monthly payments too despite wanting to end their services with donefirst and I wish I would've seen them sooner. Even though deleting account guarantees erasure of your medical history with them, I'm certain I will never come back to Donefirst or recommend this site to anyone.
