Fast response, listen to needs and concerns and respond in a timely manner

The scheduling process was easy, the provider i had an appointment with was on time, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about my concerns and what we discussed. At the end of my first appointment I was feeling really comfortable with the process and very satisfied. When it came to getting my prescription I was able to pick it up the same day. When I requested a refill throigh their easy to use platform I was also able to pick up my prescription the same day. Overall DONE is a wonderful platform and I wish I would have done it sooner.

Had a wonderful experience with them.

they'll take your money THEN explain how they can't help you, don't recommend at all, don't get your hopes up

The appointment was good and was able to get the prescription as needed

Done is the most disorganized and dishonest of the telehealth companies. The doctor canceled my account after I submitted a complaint online about consistent delays (months long delays) and constantly sending scripts incorrectly. Well it’s been over six months now and nearly a dozen support tickets and I’m still paying $79 a month with no login access and no response from support. If you actually need your medication to function avoid this company at all costs.

They took my $199 and never gave me a meeting ID to even get on the appointment. There're no phone numbers to call. If you miss or have to reschedule you don't get your $200 back! I got a notification saying my prescription was being processed and they would text me when it was ready, I assumed Id given enough information in the forms that maybe I need the meeting for them to make a decision. THEN I get a notification saying you missed your appointment reschedule now for $199! Are you kidding me! They left a voicemail right at my appointment time saying if you need help were here or something along those lines. So I call that number back trying to see what this meeting number is and why didn't I get one. It was nowhere in email or profile and its the same recording saying the same thing then hangs up! I canceled my card reported fraud to my bank, the BBB and fraud department. Its a damn shame people are out there to take advantage of people trying to better their mental health. After looking at everyone else's reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who got scammed out of a bunch money. ZERO STARS

I had to give 1 star to give review which is 1 sentence. DO NOT GO TO DONE! it should be be called we take your money and we're done! Place is horrible after my 930am appointment the "physician" said she would call me back the same day which never happened, I emailed every address connected to done multiple times over 5 days which I never received a response. Finally found a place to schedule a call visit which they would only say I'm sorry and they will message provider to contact you which never happened. They took me for $200 and did absolutely nothing! As to your ("done") reply on 5/26/2023 note that in my review I state "finally found a place to schedule a call visit" was using the link provided in your ("done") response. This link is the only way I have had any correspondence from you. I had 2 of these "consultations", 2nd one was after you ("done") failed to contact me with resolution within 24hr as per your statement given on 1st "consultation" which you ("done") also stated I was put on a "express resolution" and was told my emails were to be monitored for fast response. All of this had been completed before I wrote my review and even to this point of 7 days later the only correspondence I can get is using the link which I still receive the same response from you ("done"). Its completely exasperating that I still stand secure in same position in my review that your name is "we take your money and we're done!"
