Done always responds to my questions or resolves my issues very quickly (within 2 days). They respond immediately with a generic message but that is common with all virtual services.I’ve never had issues with my pharmacy or getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. This is a great service when you don’t have time or can’t go into a Dr Office.

I signed up 2 months ago with Done. I was told I have ADHD and Bipolar 1. I was treated for both. I came back to get a refill on meds and they told me they were going to deactivate my account because they do not treat bipolar after placing me on meds. I am now going to withdraw from serious antipsychotics. Which can place me in the hospital. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. I will be looking to sue for malpractice.

Done is reliable and their customer service is excellent. I have been using them for over a year now and have no complaints.

I've had issues getting prescriptions filled in the past. I believe that I have an excellent setup now using RXoutreach. I appreciate the positive impact that Done has had for me

i absolutely love this site / program. i have always had trouble focusing and was on other stimulants to try to help, but when i was seen by my done. provider, she put me on a medication that ACTUALLY works!! i can’t thank them enough for the tremendous help! and the site is SO easy to use. you can talk to your provider whenever you need and refilling scripts is literally one click of a button!! the only thing i will say is that i wish it wasn’t just a website but also an app.

From my doctor to the customer service, Done is absolutely amazing. I have had zero issues since I started services with them a month ago. I have seen the doctor twice now via zoom and she is always so friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

My experience with Done has been very positive so far. When I signed up for the service I got an appointment the same week which was very convenient, before done I try to go to thur a psychiatrist and they gave me a 2 month wait time for an appointment. My NP was very responsive and help me change my pharmacy several time because my medication was not in-stock. I will recommend this new model for someone that already knows what they want and dont need to go to consultation that often. Overall a very good experience I will recommend highly.

Initially, I was not pleased with my first practitioner but after expressing my concerns to the company, they replaced them with someone whom I am much more comfortable with and got me on the meds that seem to be ultimately right for me. Anytime I have reached out with a question or concern I have received prompt responses. This company was recommended to me by a friend and a month in, I have no regrets.
