This company is the worst I have ever used. I scheduled an appointment and the provider did not show up and instead they listed me as a no-show and advised I should re-schedule and pay again. There is very little information provided about the provider you are scheduled with and no customer service to speak of. It appears they only want to get the consultation fee and never actually provide a service. Please save yourself the stress and seek out help through Circle Medical instead. Yes, it is expensive but the app provides all the information about your provider and includes all of your health assessments. It is easy to schedule appointments and contacting the provider with concerns.
