I don't understand how places like this still are actively able to prescribe medication to people. Not only did my doctor at Done (Dr. Jared Carbon) miss write my prescription two time. Yes 2 separate times. I could not get ahold of anyone at done to help with my issue. I quickly did everything I could to drop them. It was extremely hard to even get ahold of someone to ask to stop using there services. I finally did get ahold of the people who have to call you once you request some bs time that they never can meet. That's not even the end of it with these people. I went and found a local dr. Spent 2 months with them and one day I got home and my wife says she saw a payment drafted from Done. I looked at my records and saw that they have been charging my account and taking money from me for no services provided after I requested to be completely DONE with them months prior! Now they won't even refund a dime of my money back. I need help here on who I can bring this too so I can get my hard earned money back. I am a Marine Veteran who does suffer with problems and to come back to my home country and seek help and confidence from the people I risked my life for and they steal from me...

I was able to get an appointment and diagnosis very quickly. There is a medication shortage all over the United States so getting the prescription filled was my biggest challenge. There are many pharmacies that do not work with Done, and even the ones that do were saying they wouldn't fill meds because the provider was out of the area (LA, I am in Sacramento) however I was able to connect with a mail order pharmacy (no insurance) and received my medication. Now I am on the right track.

Initial process was rocky and there have been a few issues of feeling like I “fell through the cracks” of their system, so to speak. But since being matched with a new provider who is very responsive and friendly, whom I’ve met with in person, the process and service has been as smooth as can be for a year. Was worried about the new changes and recent regulatory update, but the staff was quick with informing me of available in-person appointments and getting one set up.

At first the service was fantastic. I was finally able to obtain treatment for my ADHD and the experience of finally having it properly treated was transformative. The initial provider that I was assigned was fantastic and was very prompt with my monthly refill transmissions. But then my provider departed and it has been a bit of a nightmare getting my prescribed meds ever since. Every month it seems like I'm waiting for a week or sometimes as much as 2 weeks for my prescription to be transmitted to a pharmacy. My providers have been nearly impossible to get a hold of and it seems like I'm constantly on the phone with the care team and emailing support begging them to get in touch with my provider to get my prescription sent in. Practically every month I have to go on and off my meds because of the dysfunction of their system. If you get a great provider that looks out for you then Done can be an incredible experience but with the wrong ones it can be a constant source of stress every 30 days when it's time to refill.

I would give this company -5 stars if I could. This has been an absolute nightmare and a waste of money. After paying for my initial consultation, I was prescribed a stimulant. The problem is, they sent my prescription to my local pharmacy that doesn't accept telemedicine prescriptions. That was 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to get them to send it to another one, but have received no response at all. The one time they DID respond was to tell me they escalated my concern.... and that was 4 days ago, with no response since. An absolute waste of $100 consultation and the $150 i was out for a UA to prove I am not on drugs. $250 down the drain for NOTHING.
