I really enjoy the convenience of Done! It’s nice to be able to have a zoom visit with a doctor. The physician I talked to was very nice and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I went with 4 stars instead of 5 because it is kind of expensive, and when I had trouble getting my prescription filled, I had to deal with a lot of back and forth to get a solution. I understand the doctor is busy, but it is a little frustrating having to wait a day or two for a response. I wish they had an online chat function or something to get answers and things done more quickly. Overall I am satisfied and happy!

Done makes finding a physician and getting a prescription filled simple and efficient. My physician responds to my messages quickly and is on time for appointments. No waiting in waiting rooms or filling out stacks of paper with Done.

It can be a bit difficult to get an appointment, but I had no problems at first. I think they have resolved this issue though. My doctor is awesome! He really listens and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find a doctor that cares, but he does!

I didn't even finish my appointment. The provider I got Sophie, was so rude and just acted acted like she didnt wanted to be there. I was explaining things and before I even had a chance to explain, she cut me off, and said that's not a symptom. That's funny considering it's the number one symptom with ADHD people. From the very beginning I felt super uncomfortable because of her tone. Then I noticed when I mentioned I lived with my husband her attitude changed not for the better. Stay away from this company. I should have done more research.

As a child I had difficulty staying focused and retaining information while reading, but my mother was vehemently against medication. As an adult transitioning into a paralegal position has been challenging but I am highly motivated by the field of law. Done. has been respectful of my time and convenient to communicate with through this medication shortage. This service has been one of the best decisions I have made for my career.

I'm not able to fulfill the prescription because none of my local pharmacies except online prescriptions. My contact is done support but they don't seem to care.

I was very satisfied with Sam and his want to give me an efficient and thorough diagnosis. Since starting my new medication I have found an overall improvement in my mental state and outlook on life. Done was incredible about getting me scheduled quickly and with a Physician that took the time to help me!

My doctor is very nice and response time is quick.
