Truly awful service. For a service that caters to people with ADHD, I don’t think a single person that works for this company understands the struggles of people with ADHD. Two months after working with Done, they very abruptly stopped providing refills and after begging for a month, they simply sent an email with “your account has been deactivated and you are not a good fit for Done”. Why make a person get two months of medication only to kick them out? Also it took them 3 weeks beyond “7 to 10 business days” STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE

Done is a great alternative to in office visits. I’ve struggled with ADHD my entire life. Because I am a woman and don’t display typical symptoms, I was diagnosed at 26 years old. It was nice to finally be heard. Dr. Coleman validated my symptoms without any judgment. 4 out 5 stars because it was a little difficult getting my meds and it’s a little pricy. Other than that, my experience was great. I recommend Done to anyone who is more “on the go” and has some extra funds to speak to a professional. Thanks, Dr. Coleman and Donefirst.com.
