The customer service/support team was very responsive to my needs and really went above and beyond trying to help me get my prescription filled. They understood the urgency and worked with me to find a solution as soon as possible

Avoid if you value your time, money, and sanity.
I have been trying to get medication through Done since May of 2023. It's now September. All I have to show for it is frustration and hours of my life wasted.
I reached out for a virtual consultation May 18th. I paid the initial evaluation fee ($200), subscription fee ($80 a month), and was given a prescription for adderall.
I could not fill it, because of supply issues and shortages. I reached out to try Vyvanse, after talking to my therapist about my specific issues, it seemed like a better option. Done was supposed to help me submit the POA, and appeal.
I was initially told 10 days for the POA, after about a week of me asking for help.
Sure enough, the POA failed, I asked to start the appeal. I was assured it would be taken care of, and it could take 30 days. When I had no updates a few weeks later, I checked in. They had not appropriately filed the appeal. It took another 3 days to do this. I have to pay another subscription fee during this time.
I'm told the appeal can take up to 30 days. So another subscription fee.
After 30 business days, I check in. I'm told it could actually be up to 60 days.
I determine at that point this is unacceptable, I intend to cancel my account. I find out I can go on pause. I decide to go on pause.
My appeal gets denied. Generic vyvanse comes out. I request to change to this. I'm told I have to pay another subscription fee (4, for those of you keeping track.). But at least it's over.
EXCEPT.
My grocery store, which had the medication in stock, doesn't accept the prescription. They assign me to another pharmacy. They don't confirm it's in stock. It isn't. I try to get it transferred between pharmacies, I can't because this is a controlled substance. I am requesting the transfer, but as of this morning I was told it'll take another 5 days.
I'm... Astounded. I spent multiple hours working with this company, demanded a phone call last weekend, and I thought we were in a good place. But nope. I'm out nearly $500 and have nothing to show for it. I'm hoping MAYBE tomorrow I'll hear back from them, but they give no way to get help via phone urgently. Or email urgently. Which, for $80 a month, is wildly unacceptable.
EDIT:
Hi Done.
I am not available to call this week between 10am and 2pm, which appear to be the only windows available. I provided a thorough breakdown of my experience this past weekend. If more detail is needed, please provide a number I can reach out to at my convenience and I'll explain my experience again.
EDIT 2:
The pharmacy has been changed but it'll take 24 to 48 hours for the change to process. I will be lucky to get medication by this weekend after being assured by Done they care very much about handling this issue correctly. I'll continue updating here on the off chance I am able to get the service I've paid for, but at this point my hope in that is basically gone.
Edit 3: Pharmacy change was successful, but due to how long it took the last pharmacy that had it is now out of stock and I'm back to square one.
Edit 4: We're attempting to go with express scripts to fill the medication. Unfortunately due to how long the entire process took, I was not able to get my medication before needing to leave town and I'm approximately halfway through my last subscription month. I will have no ability to get my medication for at least a week while I am out of town.
Edit- 02/17/2024
So after a lot of back and forth, things have been stable on for the last few months. Done offered me a credit that covered multiple months. It had been a lot better.
Starting last month, I have been trying to get help getting a vacation override for when I'm out of the country for 3 weeks. I was told they couldn't help me with this, even though my insurance company assured me it was an option. I now leave Tuesday and suspect it will be without an adequate amount of medication. I'll be editing my review accordingly when this situation is resolved.
Edit - I'm not going to be able to get my medication in time despite my insurance company being willing to overnight the medication. Because I leave the day following a holiday, I'm screwed. I am not able to transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy because Done takes 3 days to do so. I'm extremely disappointed. I reached out over a month in advance for help and they absolutely refused to work with me. This doesn't work.

My experience with Done has been…exceptionally helpful
My experience with Done has been entirely worthwhile. My consultations with two different providers over the past year or so have been nothing but helpful—very straightforward and clear, even occasionally inspiring. My refill requests are acknowledged within hours and filled within a day or two. I had only one rough patch where communication broke down, but it was more to do with my not understanding how the interface worked. But that is when I discovered that if you schedule a support phone call, someone calls at precisely the chosen time. And then sorts out the problem. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Done.

I'm sorry but it's really a crap shoot…
I'm sorry but it's really a crap shoot who you'll get on this site. My provider did not at all appear familiar with adult ADHD and kept asking me about a childhood I scarcely could remember. She read solely from a script and only wanted yes or no answers. She was not really interested in my story... and if you have ADHD you understand how important it is to tell your story especially when you are already ashamed of the person you are. I could go on but I've decided to find an MD who specializes in adult ADHD and can give me a real assessment.

Continued Patient Neglect and abandonment
Messaged them like 4 days early and perscription still is not filled or sent in. complete neglect and abandonment. this is insane how mont after month they can and will just ignore you . it really messes with the ailments being treated as the sudden lack of medication due to neglect abandonment and incompetence is extremely detrimental to mental health.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!
After sending out MULTIPLE emails, posting on X(twitter), instagram (which they deleted), linkedin, and the "founders" page, sent me a particle refund.
I do not know what games they are trying to play.
FRAUD! You are SCAMMERS.
You advertise for a $10 "appointment" then charge someone $298 for a service that wasn't completed or even started.
Then refund me only $198? GET IT TOGETHER.
FIX IT. I don't want to see a copy and paste response.

Done has truly been a lifesaver
Done has truly been a lifesaver! After struggling for over two years to secure a behavioral health appointment for diagnosis and treatment, my life took a remarkable turn when I stumbled upon Done. Within just 30 days, I found myself in the care of compassionate professionals, ready to tackle my ADHD head-on. The transformation in my life since beginning treatment has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it's all thanks to the incredible access to providers that Done has provided. I can't recommend them enough!

My experience was excellent
My experience was excellent! I am a busy working mom and in school full time. Done made it convenient and quick to sort out the struggles I’ve had since childhood with ADHD and a plan of care to include medication to help the symptoms I’ve been experiencing and to have continuous monitoring of side/adverse effects through the app and through my PCP. The provider was friendly, empathetic, and very informative about the process, the medication to include side effects and any contradictions. She was very thorough with my history and has been available any time I have had a question or concern. I would highly recommend!
