Horrible experience. I’ve been taking adderall for 15 years now and they rejected me as a patient saying I was a liability and not worth taking on. Yet they still have my money and it’s days w/o resolving the issue. At a minimum fill my script and tell me to look elsewhere for next month instead I paid $199 for them to say I had ADD whattttttt?!? You don’t get to save your own liability, reject me as a patient, say I have ADD and also take my $$$$?!?’ That’s a scam and not how risk mitigation works in the most basic terms. Lastly I got an email saying try now for $99, but I still got charged $199 anyways wow. IM DONE! GO ELSEWHERE

I had a wonderful visit. The doctor listened to me and helped me understand that I may have been misdiagnosed. I had been on (many different) antidepressants for about 20 years without much of a difference or improvement. I have now been off of them for about 2 months and only taking the meds (singular) that he has prescribed me and I feel great! It has even helped me get through the day easier with my back pain which I have due to an almost complete spinal fusion when I was 9yo. (i am 41 now). He was easy to talk to, he actually listened to me, and more importantly, he helped me. My projects are getting completed, I'm spending more time out of the house and feel as if I have become more of the parent I always wanted to be. So, thank you guys for the wonderful work that you do. You've changed my life when I had given up some hope that it never would.

Game Changer! I could not have had a better experience. I'd been experiencing symptoms for my entire life that I had no idea could actually be attributed to ADHD, rather than just my "body type" or "personality." Since starting with Done, I am a new person and so grateful.

The Done team was very responsive - and process simple and thorough. I am happy with the continuing treatment protocol and enjoying the results.

The process was easy and fairly quick. I loved how I was able to schedule an appointment around my time, and also that I had an in person OR televisit option. Only reason I did 4/5 stars, was because my appointment got rescheduled 3 times, however the changes that were made still worked around my schedule so it wasn’t a huge issue for me. The call was quick and easy, and having the app to communicate with my doctor whenever I need to, is very convenient.
