Honestly this company is so easy to work with, it’s refreshing. The initial assessment was easy to set up, connecting with your provider is cake, and they are very attentive to patients needs and opinions. A really great feature is the “Superbill”, where as they give you a neatly broken down itemized receipt for submitting to your insurance provider. They also take FSA and HSA payments which is a massive plus that a lot of other companies of this same sort aren’t able to do. All in all a wonderful experience with Done.

Wow! This is even worse than I could have imagined. After numerous requests for a refund, they refunded only $99 of the $199 my Visa was charged. You do not want to do business with Done!!! I scheduled an appointment and was told that I would need an EKG before a Rx could be written. When I asked repeatedly for a referral for the EKG and heard nothing, I asked for a refund. No response. I am also concerned that the NP with whom I consulted was in the Midwest, and I am in the State of Washington. That appears to be a violation of the regulations regarding online care. I have now asked for a refund of my $199 and have again been met with no response. Not sure how they stay in business!

Not only is done the cheapest place I've found but the most convenient. I have had next day subscriptions sent multiple times and you can video chat with a Doctor with in 24 hrs. As well, this whole process has been extremely convenient through job transitions and moving.

Second review of done. I wrote a review of done the second month I was using it because my prescriber fell off the map without passing me along to someone else and no one could get me an appointment. That prescriber had me stop taking the antidepressants I was on and it was very destabilizing and irresponsible on their part. After leaving a negative review I was contacted in a manner bordering on harassment but did get issued a new prescriber eventually. I just missed the only available appointment with that prescriber who is on the east coast (and only meets between 3am and 6am PDT) and now there are no available appointments for the foreseeable future. Done has no phone help line and when you ask for an appointment or assistance you have to message them through the portal. This sends back an auto generated reply asking you to allow 3 days for a response, at which point you won’t be helped and when you call them back they’ll tell you to wait 3 days again…and on and on… I requested an appointment 4 month ago. Considering canceling immediately so I won’t be charched to have them mess me around for the next two months. Horrible, irresponsible service.

Right after I signed up Done didn’t take long to book me a consultation with a professional. Not having insurance has always made it expensive to find treatment but not with Done they make it affordable. Plus, They’re online support team is very effective at reaching back at a reasonable time. Highly recommend them.

It really helps me with my university study. Without the treatment, I can't survive my uni life.

This has been such a scammy experience. My appointments keep getting cancelled or rescheduled (without my consent or knowledge), yet I am still being charged! In two days, I have been charged $308 and have not even met with a therapist yet. I’m livid and want a refund immediately.

It has been 21 days since my appointment. Still no medication. A prior authorization (PA) apparently was needed and is being “worked on.” My requests for an explanation through the app have simply been met with a “we’re working on it.” Don’t bother attempting contact through the phone number. You will just be directed to the app. Email requests are ignored. According to my large/very well known medical insurance provider, they process PAs in 24 hours, not weeks, The only significant contact I received after the initial consult was a phone call requesting my review on Trust Pilot, so here you go.
