After years of being diagnosed with ADHD but having trouble getting to drs and appointments this is the tella health solution I needed. They send texts and email reminders my medication is reasonably priced after insurance and they advised me that my insurance covers more generics if we should want to change my meds later or add a mood stabilizer. The clinician was friendly and grasped my issues and talked to me about my brain in a way that just made sense to me. Overall I'm incredibly happy with my experience from booking my appointment to the reminders about my appointments for filling my prescription was easy recurring payments are low and regular, they reached out to me several times after I started my medication to follow up. I fully recommend.

Extortion and then they call me a drug seeker and took my two hundred dollars

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! Their clinician was unfriendly and uncaring right from the get go, telling me she made me wait and didn’t want to let me join the appointment because the name on my zoom was not mine (my partner’s work laptop). She was extraordinarily rude and possibly racist, asking where I was from 4 times throughout the appointment. Being Asian myself, this was definitely unexpected. After I told her about my only physical condition, hyperthyroidism that I concluded treatment (medication) for at the age of 18 because my tests started coming back in the normal range, she insisted that I MUST still need thyroid medication because (and this is verbatim) “it’s impossible for thyroid conditions to magically resolve.” When I tried to talk about my current ADHD symptoms, she cut me off. I actually wasn’t even given the opportunity to talk freely at all, not even at the very beginning of the visit. She didn’t even ask me “Why are you here?” And then when I tried to talk about my history of inattentiveness in class, and my lifelong issues surrounding disorganization and emotional reactivity, she cut me off again and again! During that full hour, she didn’t even ask me one SINGLE time about ADHD, and I couldn’t get a word in. This clinician seemed, during my appointment, to be angry (and ruminating) about something unrelated to our visit. It seemed like she decided right at the beginning of the zoom visit, that I was an under-employed underachiever who just wanted to abuse stimulants, and she spent the rest of the hour proving this to herself. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!! If you have a hard time with a learning disorder, you better hope you don’t get their nurse practitioner with a chip on her shoulder about being Indian and the only one in her family without an MD.

This was so easy. My Dr. Is easy to talk to and very helpful with any questions. I was nervous to try this service, in fact I cancelled a few times. I’m so grateful that I went to my appointments and finally got the help I needed. Thank you so much. 😊

I really love Done. The admin process of making an appointment, scheduling, payment, reminders, updates, etc. was so smooth and very clear. My health professional was fantastic, we had a great session and all of my needs, questions and concerns were covered. I was able to pickup my necessary prescriptions after my appointment. The follow-up process has also been great, very attentive and thorough.

Given the realities of the american health care system, Done provided me the care i needed when i needed it. I have never been empowered like this to manage my own mental health.
